You will appreciate its location 13 km from the beaches (less than 15 minutes by car) and 2.5 km from the town of Quéven where you will find all amenities, supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy.
There is also a small market on Tuesday mornings.
The swimming pool is available from June to September and the golf course all year round.
This 80m2 house can accommodate six people (3 bedrooms).
Ground floor:
- Living room with sofa, table base, television and access to terrace.
- Dining area with dining table.
- Fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee maker and dishwasher.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140cm) and storage space.
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
1st floor:
- Bedroom 2 with double bed 140 and storage space.
- Bedroom 3 with two single beds (90cm) and storage space.
- Bathroom with bath and WC.
Outside:
-Terrace with garden furniture, table, chairs.
- Private garden.
