This home is a recently remodeled older home with 2 fireplaces (non-operational). One in LR and one in family room in basement. One of the bedrooms is utilized as an office (with printer). The eat-in kitchen is modern with a coffee station.

There is a large FR (with a game table & coffee station), plus LR which provides separate spaces for your 'down time'.

There are sectionals in both the LR and the Family Room with smart televisions in both also.

There is a ring doorbell at the front door.

This was a gem and we are so glad we found it. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, and a great yoga studio! The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture. We really enjoyed our week-long stay!

In town for a wedding

Another great stay!

We spent Christmas Eve and day at the property and enjoyed the peaceful, clean, comfortable environment while we visited family. Our family has stayed here before and we will keep returning to this property because it offers just what we need when we travel to Springfield.

Fantastic place!

Spotless, super easy communication with host, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay next time I am in Springfield!!! Great location, it was nice to be able to use the garage to park the car each nite. It was beyond fantastic! Thanks so much!

another great stay!

Once again we had a great stay at this property. This home is our family’s favorite place to stay when we visit the Springfield area and we are always happy when it is available for our visits. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The owner has been very friendly and helpful when we needed to communicate. She has a streamlined process that makes check in very easy. The house is reliably clean and comfortable and offers multiple spaces inside and an outside to socialize and for kids to play. We appreciate the items that are available for kids such as a pack-n-play crib, infant feeding seat, activity bouncer since we can avoid packing those items while traveling. For our group, the kitchen spacious, is well equipped, and makes meal prep easy. There are plenty of towels and extra bedding if needed and beds are comfortable. We will continue to stay at this property each time we visit the area!
