The place was very clean, decorated as pictured (very cute), and spacious. We were surprised at how large it actually was. The neighborhood is safe and we took many walks around. We had a wonderful time and would come back if we’re in need of a place in Springfield again.

This was such a wonderful property for my family of 4. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There were labels throughout the home that made it very easy to find what you were looking for. Communication was fantastic; Angela made everything very easy. The next time I'm in Springfield, I will definitely look at booking this first!

Cozy and Convenient

Nice layout with spacious rooms! Great amenities that we didn’t get to utilize due to a family reunion at another location. I highly recommend this place over a hotel stay.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Having two bathrooms and showers for our party of 6 was helpful. We especially enjoyed the upgraded induction oven. This made our morning breakfast unusually quick. (I may need to buy a new oven for home after using this one!)

Very good location for our trip to IL to spend Thanksgiving with family. Beds comfortable and spacious kitchen with nice counter appliances and dining area. We had some issues with internet one day but after resetting router and devices, service returned. Place was clean with exception of animal hair on living room sofa and ottoman. Appreciated the labeling and owner was responsive.

Every question you might ask about this property I have the answer....perfect! Location? Perfect...nice quiet neighborhood and easy travel to get to anywhere we wanted. Clean? Perfect! Amenities? Perfect! Appliances and house layout? Perfect, again! Angela, our host? Perfect! Three girlfriends who wanted a close get away and within 24hrs we had forgotten what day it was! We highly recommend staying here. The bedrooms were spacious with toys for kiddos, too. We plan to return to Springfield and we will stay here again. Thank you so much!

Perfect place to stay with our family, it was spacious and well laid out. Very comfortable, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed! We appreciated the high chair and toys provided for the kids, and we also loved being able to use the garage space. The home was close to shopping and restaurants and very easy to get to.
