Great location. Lots of amenities. Salt pepper. Other spices and stuff to prepare basic stuff. Everything I wanted to do was walkable once we figured out to go around train. The upstairs guest room was warm and a little noisy. The owner was very responsive when I had questions.

Great Location

Perfect condo and location for a 60th birthday celebration! 20-25 minutes walk to Broadway, liquor and grocery stores! We had a few “mechanical” issues and TJ was very responsive. He stayed on the phone for about 2 hours with Comcast to restore our internet service. All of us ladies liked the en-suite bathrooms! I would recommend this place to my friends and family! Thanks TJ Fritz!!

Concert with the family

We have been to Nashville each of the last two years, this property is exceptional for its location and size of property. We would definitely stay here again if and when we come back to Nashville, we highly recommend this spot.

Right where we needed to be

We had 6 people in our group and plenty of room to spread out. We all felt right at home in this well appointed town home. Easy walk to the Market, Broadway and other city sights. Taking an Uber to Geodis for a concert was a breeze. TJ was very helpful and checked in with us to make sure all was good. It was great!

CMA Weekend

Had a great time exploring Nashville. The location is close enough to walk to Broadway, Nissan Stadium and all the local attractions. The condo was just as advertised and met all of our expectations. A return trip is already being planned. Thanks for everything TJ!!

Beautiful well furnished clean townhouse. Even has a rooftop patio. The owner is accommodating and responsive. The location is perfect! Neighborhood is clean, safe and Broadway Avenue is easy to get to via Uber, taxi or you can walk if you prefer. It’s about .7 miles. There are a couple of nice restaurants very close by. We drove so had our vehicle but a vehicle isn’t necessary because you can get anywhere with an Uber. Wouldn’t drive the next time but would absolutely stay in this townhouse again. Kim

Friends getaway

TJ was very responsive and helpful. The property is in a nice location. The walk to Broadway was easy. There were 3 couples and each having our own bedroom and bathroom was very nice. Only reason for less than the 5 star review is that the place was quite dirty. I would recommend that a cleaning company come in and scrub from top to bottom.

Great weekend with friends!

This townhome was exactly as advertised and definitely met our expectations. We were able to walk to all of our destinations easily (Nissan Stadium, Broadway bars, our NYE reservation restaurant in Germantown). We would have loved to have had more time to have lounged on the rooftop, but time just didn’t allow it. TJ was an outstanding host and answered all of my questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

This place was perfect for our group of six visiting Nashville. Great location - we accessed downtown on foot, and uber'd to farther locations. Great amenities - bedrooms were very comfortable, private bathrooms, great living room and roof deck for hanging out, plenty of coffee, and a bar cart!!! The host was very responsive and extremely helpful with all things from check-in to check-out, including a long list of excellent activity suggestions. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience

First time in Nashville for all of us. This property was the perfect place to stay. Beautiful property, comfortable beds, great rooftop patio (with an awesome view of the unexpected Friday Night Fireworks from the Nashville Sounds ball game.) Close to Broadway, close to Germantown, easy to get to. TJ was a 5 star host-always there to help with our questions and giving us awesome recommendations! Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve never had such amazing service ..

This was the best VRBO experience that we’ve ever had . The owners accommodated our needs based on our flight times, he had the house stocked with a few snacks and an open bar and answered my texts and questions immediately . We can’t wait to come back ! The rooftop deck was amazing , beds were comfy and the location can’t be beat . There is a restaurant right across the street and groceries were delivered to the house .. so much fun !

Perfect Nashville Location

Such a spacious condo located in downtown Nashville. Easy to walk to broadway and a short uber to milk and honey. The condo was beautiful and clean. TJ was easy to get a hold of and made accommodations for us. we will definitely be back!

We operate a popular food tour and small events company (Dabble Tours & Events) and possibly the world's smallest legal artisan distillery (Far Better Distillery), located just a few doors down from the townhouse. We're happy to share our recommendations and insights to local things to do, places to eat, and other questions you might have. Our family has traveled all of the states and much of the globe together and have always enjoyed the pursuit of feeling "local" wherever we go. We hope to provide that to you in our townhome and look forward to welcoming you to Nashville!

The townhouse is so convenient to everything! With a private bathroom for each bedroom, it's a very comfortable place for couples or families to stay with plenty of privacy, but also with very open areas for socializing. Enjoy the rooftop deck or the open living/dining/kitchen area that makes up the main floor.
Lots of natural light and windows make this a wonderful place to spend time relaxing between explorations, and there are several balconies that make terrific private spaces to read, have a glass of wine, or maybe a little siesta away from the group. New high-quality furnishings make your stay comfortable, and we're committed to a thorough cleaning before your arrival.
