Bekvämt beläget utanför centrum I-40/65-slingan direkt intill Nashville Farmer's Market och Bicentennial Mall och ner på gatan från Germantown-området i Nashville. Gratis parkering med plats för upp till 4 bilar.

En kort 25 minuters promenad eller 5 minuter med bil till Broadway Honkeytonks, shopping, LP Field och Predators Bridgestone Arena och ytterligare några steg till Country Music Hall of Fame och helt nya Music City Center.

Wonderful stay

The house was a perfect size for our group of 9. The location is great for being close enough to Broadway, with room to explore other areas of Nashville. Communication with the hosts was easy. Checking in and out was seamless. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nashville birthday

This house is beautiful. Very clean. Plenty of beds, very comfortable. Bathrooms are large and new. Back porch is perfect for early morning coffee and downtown Nashville is a quick uber away. Great experience!!

Clean, great location, everything you need.

This house had everything we needed. Well stocked with supplies such as soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, and spices and some condiments. We had plenty of towels and extra bedding. Owners were great at communicating and making sure we were comfortable. The beds were very comfortable

Great for a group of friends!

We (group of 7 women) had a fantastic stay in Nashville. The house worked out well, everyone had their own bed, and plenty of bathrooms and linens/towels for all. The location is in a mixed commercial/residential area approximately 5-10 minute drive from downtown. The week of our stay the hosts were very responsive, and kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in. This is a great option for a larger group that has rented a car or is ok with using a car service to/from downtown. Strongly suggest taking a quick walk a couple blocks over to the nearby park/Capitol Building while there!

Great stay in Nashville!

Our mixed generation family enjoyed our stay at this property! We appreciated the location, which was across the street from the fantastic Tennessee state museum and farmers market. It was less than 10 minute drive to downtown or about a 30 minute walk. However because the property is near some busy roads, the traffic at night can be noisy. The property was very spacious, clean, and well stocked. We appreciated the availability of a first floor bedroom, which was good for seniors who don’t want to climb stairs to the second floor bedrooms. There were ample towels and comfortable beds. The hosts were very responsive.

Spacious, comfy, well appointed house for our big group!

The beds are super comfortable and there was a lot of space for our group of 8. Plenty of bathrooms and towels, and a nice touch to have shampoo/conditioner, soap, kleenex provided. Thirty minute walk to and from Broadway was perfect to work off all the Nashville hot chicken sandwiches and banana pudding we ate. The empty lot next door was a bit of an eyesore but the neighborhood felt safe and parking was easy. The hosts were responsive and friendly and everything was easily managed via texts.

Great place for a big group!

We came here with a big group of friends for a long weekend in Nashville and had a great experience. The house was very spacious and even nicer than it looked in the pictures! The house has all the amenities you could want. When we had an issue, the hosts got back to us with a fix right away. It's also a super quick drive (or a doable long walk) to downtown Nashville, along with places in Germantown.
