- Living room with sofa bed (160 cm) with good mattress

- Balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the church of Praz-sur-Arly
- Bedroom with double bed en suite with shower room, cupboards and wardrobe.
- Bedroom with two single beds, cupboards and wardrobe.
- A second independent shower room
- An indoor parking space (Maximum parking height: 2.10 metres)
