This is one of 4 townhomes in the heart of the Wedgewood Houston neighborhood; Nashville's hottest new area, bustling with bars, restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops! This 1 BD/2BA townhome includes 3 FLOORS of living space. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, KING SIZE BED, washer/dryer, & PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK! **PARKING IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. We have 3 options for parking. We have a parking pad located off the back alley for 2 cars(we have 4 units in this building, so we can’t guarantee availability), we have free street parking in front of our building on the street when available, and there is a paid lot next door. The townhome is walkable to all of WeHo and only 8 MINS DRIVE TO BROADWAY! Perfect for couples!

1st floor: Living room with sofa, kitchen, dining

2nd floor: Bedroom with king bed, full bathroom

3rd floor: Lounge with sofa, full bathroom, rooftop deck access. We have a queen size air mattress as well.

Loved it so much we stayed here again! We consider this our home away fromHome in Nashville. Neal is a great host, very responsive, and provides beautiful units well situated with most attractions about a 15 minutes drive away. Next time we’re in Nashville we’ll be staying here again.

We arrived in Nashville after a 7 hour drive. We could not have asked for a better place to visit. We instantly unpacked and felt at home. We took a much needed nap. We got up and enjoyed Nashville, a close drive to Broadway. We returned and enjoyed the rooftop patio at dark. Off to bed for another 7 hour drive. We couldn’t have finished the rest of our drive without such a nice, relaxing, and comfortable place to recover.

The WeHo 3 Story Townhome is our home away from home in Nashville. We absolutely loved the unit, from the nicely decorated interior to the spacious layout. It was a delight. It was about a 10 to 15 minute drive from most of our activities during our stay, which made it very convenient. It was just far enough from the bustle of Lower Broadway to let us recharge each night while still giving us easy access to all the great attractions in Nashville. I was already planning my return before we even left.

Great stay!

We loved the house. Didn't love the construction around us but that will eventually change...and the location was great for getting anywhere in Nashville. Neal was very attentive and answered my questions quickly. Highly recommend.

Hip Nashville Location

Perfect place for a long weekend exploring Nashville. Well decorated, modern, and fun. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to easily throw a little breakfast together before heading out for the day. The location is perfect. It's convenient to downtown Nashville and so many other areas, and even the immediate area was fun to explore. We were never more than a 10-minute Uber ride from anything. The host was very communicative leading up to our trip. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Superb communication and cleanliness

Looks just like the photos. 100% cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in. Communication with owner was top notch. Many local establishments to hangout and het food. The only downfall was the distance from downtown, which i was fully aware of. We tried it anyway. Uber is super easy! We just couldnt walk to downtown at all. We unered to the gulch often and then walked from there. Overall our stay was very comfortable and a great experience.

The only way to experience Nashville

I want to be pretty thorough and accurate since this might be one of the first reviews for this stay. I'll divide it up in sections to kind of explain the experience of each aspect of Neal's listing. Getting there: Super easy and convenient. I was driving from out of state and made it 15 minutes early. Neal was readily available from the get go to adjust my check in time and help me locate and enter the property. Be careful about your GPS though. It takes you to the front of the building. The alley way is off of Martin St. so it's easier to enter from there. Communication: With Communication a necessity of checking in, I'd grade Neal and his staff with 10/10. At one point the lock malfunctioned for the home. We were getting in from a late movie, about midnight and the staff was there to troubleshoot with me. His employee, Jon, actually came by to help us get in and fix the lock. I was so pleased that they were around to help in a difficult situation and easy to get ahold of. The lock was fixed and all was well- grade A communication. The space: This is a one bedroom unit. You'd think that means limited space and close quarters...not at all. The three floors allows for separation when needed for you and your party. The space is modern, very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is immaculate. I work remotely and everyone in my zoom call meeting was commenting on how beautiful the kitchen was. It's the little touches to the well made comfortable furniture really made the space. No crappy IKEA in sight. All sturdy new and sleek furniture. Neighborhood: I won't lie, when I first pulled up I was a bit turned around. The area around is going through a fair bit of development so some streets and lots look, well, rough for lack of a better word. The area however is chalked full of pleasant amenities, good food, drink and walking. I STRONGLY recommend Diskin Cider and Dozen Bakery. I walked to get coffee and baked goods in the morning and at night I could walk down the street to Diskin for a drink. Takeaways: Neal's unit is big, comfortable, stylish yet well made and a great way to experience Nashville. There's a fair bit of construction noise but that didn't bother me. You can't hear it from the living room or kitchen. The space really feels like your own, you're not walking on eggshells worried about neighbors or solicitors. I would highly recommend this fabulous stay and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Great place. Roof top patio awesome, just bit noisy sitting out there with the redevelopment construction in the area. Definitely would rent again.
