Perfect Spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view of the beach was amazing! We spent mornings and evenings on the patio enjoying our breakfast and cocktail hour! The place was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay! The complex is very well kept and very clean! Will definitely stay there again!

Family Vacation

You can’t beat this location! Enjoyed eating dinner on the patio and watching the deer graze while we ate. Beautiful property and wonderful amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo in great location

Beautiful Condo with ocean view. Close to shopping and bars/restaurants. Couch/love seat brand new and comfortable. If I had a negative it would be very small. Rug in living room not vacuumed and has seen its day. Would definitely book again. vacuumed and has seen its day

Lovely vacation spot

The apartment was lovely and comfortable. Nicely stocked and great views. Wonderful for our family of four. Our only issue was that we couldn't use the outdoor space as much as we would have liked because of an issue with wasps but overall, a terrific spot.

We are quite familiar with the Shorewood properties and have stayed in a few different units over the years. Some have had issues that I didn't bother to address while there. This time I decided to try asking for help with a few things I either didn't understand operationally, or needed some minor repair/replacement to make our stay more enjoyable. We used the contact information that was provided and were pleasantly surprised by the very quick and thorough follow-up I received from Robert. Thank you! We'll be back :-)

Great Hilton Head beach escape

We picked this place because of the proximity to the beach, and the view and the property were both great. We had everything we needed for our 5 night stay, and had rental bicycles delivered to the bike stand outside our rental that allowed us to explore the area with the many bike paths accessible close by. Restaurants and coffee shops were an easy walk or a quick bike ride. Only complaint was the couch is a bit worn and unsupportive, but the Property Manager told us a replacement was scheduled, so should be corrected soon. Would definitely rent here again. We spent many hours on the balcony listening to the waves on the beach, and the birds singing. Easy walk to the beach, or access to ride our bicycles on the beach. Fantastic trip.

Perfect beachfront stay in Hilton Head

Perfect condo for any family that enjoys exploring Hilton Head by foot, bike or car. The place itself was just as described by the listing and pictures, and ideally accommodated the four of us. We especially enjoyed watching the sunrises/sunsets on the balcony. Parking was easy and right next to the condo. We were able to walk to Coligny Plaza, the children’s museum and playground, as well as the Bank beer garden. We are already planning the next time we’ll be staying here!

Beautiful

This property is perfect. It was our first vacation with our 1 year old and being close to everything was amazing. The condo in very spacious and so convenient to walk to park and restaurants. The only issue was the rug was a little dirty and within an hour of being there our little crawler was covered in black. We would definitely stay here again!!

Will stay again any time!

Fantastic location right on the beach and has a nice amout of room for the actual square footage. Check in was easy, however we wasted time necause check-in wasn't until later in the afternoon when the office was open. When we arrived the office was closed (supposed to be open by then), however we were able to pick up our check in packet and go to the location. Overall I would 100% stay here again!

Second stay at Shorewood Condos

We stayed at Shorewood Condos last year and decided to return this year. We enjoyed both stays but I believe I liked this condo slightly better. We very much enjoy the view of the dunes and beach. Saw deer and bunnies in the dunes and an osprey brought his fish lunch over to a nearby one day. It seems to be centrally located and an easy walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Already looking forward to our next trip.

Very nice

Very clean and updated. Close to ocean, pool, and shopping. Everything within walking distance. The only negative was the furniture, was nice, but very uncomfortable. Even the patio chairs were uncomfortable. Due to weather, unfortunately we were in condo more than normal. So it would be nice if the furniture was more comfortable.

Great Pool

Location was great. Nice big pool area. The furniture in the living room was not very comfortable nor was the king bed in the master bedroom. There was some kind of renovation going on above us and we heard drilling all week but that is not the owner’s fault. The shower in the 2nd bathroom was missing the bottom sweep that keeps the water in the shower & flooded the floor so it was basically unusable. The ceiling fans were so caked with dust & dirt you would not want to turn them on - that seems to be a general problem in many units we have rented. The cleaning people seem to forget them. Clothes dryer made a lot of noise.

Not good

Furniture in condo was awful. No chairs in bedrooms. One chair in living room completely broken, and sofa appeared to be collapsed in to the point of being unusable. Drawer in kitchen broken. Trim on inside of refrigerator detached. Got there a little early, and inquired about picking up check in materials, as we’d gone directly to rental office, but were refused and had to go back later. We rented for entire week, but left Monday because of tropical storm. Property manager called us to warn of weather conditions after we’d already left, and he seemed less sympathetic and more adamant about us not getting any sort of compensation. Understand that he called us, and we were not looking for any refund or anything, as it was our choice to leave. The poor condition of the condo did make it a little easier to leave. We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for years, but will never use this real estate company again.

Beach the way it should be

Location in general was excellent but the experience of having a totally quiet and dark beach at night with little light pollution was amazing. The view through the palms out to the beach was exceptional and very natural. We saw osprey, red tailed hawk, various warblers, wrens, blue birds, towhees, and cotton tailed rabbits from our little deck. The room was clean and equipped well with all items in good working conditions. We had a hard time deciding to go out to eat because we felt we could not find a better location and we didn't. At 75 we enjoyed the short walk to the beach (temperature in the 70s two days) and also riding bikes. So, we will be back again and intend to schedule for next year as soon as possible.. Property manager was very prompt in returning calls and answering questions. We had no problems except a little construction upstairs which is to be expected this time of year. He helped with that concern.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was very nice with a great location within proximity to eateries and stores. View from room and balcony were spectacular!!! Property was clean but we always clean again - Nice decor & interior details as shown in pictures. I have a sensitive back & noticed the livingroom sofa cushions sagged. Thankfully there were other seating options. Also there was renovation (?) above us with drills & banging at times during day. On our lazy days it disrupted the peace at times. Overall we were pleased & enjoyed our stay very much !!

Beach Wedding

Perfect location for my 85 year old mom so she could conveniently get to the beach. The wedding we were attending was "2-doors" down at The Beach House and this was just perfect.
