With its stone charm, this Art Deco style house is composed on the ground floor:

- 1 living room with television, sofa and coffee table

- 1 dining room + open kitchen.

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare good little dishes



On the 1st floor, a staircase will allow you to access:

- 1 bedroom with a 160*200cm bed and storage.

- 1 bedroom with a 140*190cm bed and storage.

- 1 bathroom with shower

- 1 independent toilet



The second room will allow you to access, via a staircase to the 2nd floor having:

- 1 large bedroom with a 160*200cm bed, storage and access to an outdoor terrace



In the basement, a bathroom with a shower and toilet as well as a laundry area (washing machine + drying rack).



No need to be transported, you will absolutely find everything nearby (bakery, grocery store, supermarket, restaurants).



The Sables d'Olonne train station is served by the TGV and is located 4km from the house.

The bus line stops 200 meters from the house.

We also offer a paid transfer to and from the station.

Maritime shuttle 200m away allowing you to access the main beach, the city center of Les Sables d'Olonne, activities, ...

Arrival? Between 4 PM and 9 PM. Supplement between 9 PM and 12 AM.

Bed linen and towels? ATTENTION: Sheets are included as well as towels from 3 nights onwards. Below that, option possible.



Housekeeping? Housekeeping is included in your reservation to ensure cleanliness upon your arrival. However, we ask you to leave the premises clean upon your departure (dishes put away and clean, trash bins emptied and cleaned, ...).

Deposit? A deposit will be taken via SWIKLY. You will receive an email to this effect (Debited only in case of damage).
