Located in the highly sought-after Arago neighborhood, this 80 mÂČ house that can accommodate up to 6 people is a true cocoon, whether you come to stay with family or friends! Its carefully curated decor and sunny patio make it a true haven of peace where it feels good to live. Just a few steps from the sea it is THE ideal place for your vacation! Drop your luggage, relax and enjoy the summer air that reigns in Les Sables d'Olonne.

o Independent toilet with hand basin
o A private patio. Garden furniture and plancha available, for your sweet evenings with family or friends.
External dependency, everyone their own space:
o Go down a few steps A comfortable room with two single beds (90*200), adjoining bathroom
o Upstairs A second master suite with a queen size bed (160*200), private bathroom and toilet. Bonus: a small loggia!

Immediate proximity to the Arago market, close to small shops and a wide choice of restaurants within walking distance

âąArrival: between 4 PM and 5:30 PM at the agency (In case of late arrival, autonomous entry flexibility outside peak hours.)
âąDeparture: between 8 AM and 10 AM (In low season and outside events: late departure optional.)
Cleaning: End-of-stay cleaning is included! We simply ask you to: empty trash bins, unmake beds (if option taken), wash and put away dishes, leave the accommodation relatively clean. Thank you!
Linen: Sheets towels optional, to be reserved with the concierge
Deposit: Deposit via bank imprint (Swikly), not debited except for damage
