The pool is open yet please note that the pool heating system is not operable. Also the lower floor condos are still under renovation.

- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!

- No illegal use of drugs on the property
- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- 1 digital parking pass will be provided with the condo.
