QUICK GETAWAY

Everything was good. The path to the ocean was flooded due to some rains and made getting to the beach slightly difficult. But that was minor in the big picture. House is nice, beach is nice, proximity to town is perfect. Great rental house overall. I'd rent again.

Perfect spot and great views

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful stay. This is truly a very short walk to the beach as well as to the Siesta Key restaurants and shops. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great spot

The house was certainly as advertised. The beach access was AMAZING and so great to be able to use beach chairs, toys, etc. We loved dining al fresco and had a fabulous stay!

Great Beach House

Superb location with views off back balconies of the ocean, the beach and the SUNSETS!! Well appointed kitchen with minor issues with coffee maker , garbage disposal.

What a great location!

The location of the house is the big plus as it is a few minute walk on a private path to the beach. We had a heavy rain one night and the path was a little wet. We just walked an extra minute to the public beach access nearby. There were people around but it was not a very crowded area of the beach. We had plenty of room to set up chairs,etc. it was also a short free trolley ride or 12 minute walk to plenty of restaurants, bars or merchandise shops. The house is near other houses but it really feels very private and quiet. The house is VERY clean and has nice updates throughout. We had 7 stay very comfortably. The balconies are screened in and great for outdoor dining. It was a great family vacation!This is probably not a big deal to most but when we arrived we loaded up with groceries for our stay. When we parked in the garage we found that the house had little windows where you could hand the groceries right out of the car to someone in the stairwell who could hand them through a second window directly above to a person in the kitchen. Very convenient!

Great Stay in Siesta Key

Great beach access, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, easy key code checkin, beach chairs in garage. 12 minute walk to the village. Ideal location. Really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place to stay

Wonderful place to stay. Perfect house for family of 5 and the 3 children are young adults. Comfortable. Great yard and chairs for enjoying outdoor space and views. Perfect location on beach! Hope to return one day.

Siesta Key treasure

Great property for multiple generations! The kitchen is super well equipped. But there are a lot of stairs. Nice and private with a short walk to the beach and plenty of beach accessories provided.

A slice of heaven in Siesta Key

Gracious and accommodating host, and a conveniently located beach paradise. Beautiful home, very private, but still just walking distance to the village and all the action. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and even though we spent the majority of our days on the beach and evenings in the village, we enjoyed our time in the house with the amazing views in the extremely comfortable set up. Looking forward to coming back, and hopefully staying at the same amazing place.

Great property

The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. The layout of the place is great. Three stories single family home. Great kitchen space and balconies. 100 yard walk to the beach on a private path.
