This property was absolutely amazing. We were close to the beach and close to all of the shopping and restaurants at Siesta Village. Amazing vacation home!!! We absolutely loved it!!!

Spring break trip

Beautiful inside and out, plenty of supplied amenities for the beach, great location, easy beach access, plenty of space for everyone to be together and apart when needed. Overall a great stay in a beautiful place!

Perfect for what we needed.

We needed enough rooms and baths for 3 couples. We had more room than we needed. We also enjoyed the short walking distance to the beach.

Great place to relax

Our family stayed here and found it to be a very clean and well kept property. The private beach access was great. The pool gets very little sun, but still nice.

Beautiful Property Great Location

Our family stayed a week at the property. Great location and just a short walk to a private beach. We were here over Memorial Day and when the public beach looked mobbed, we had a nice spacious beach to enjoy. The house itself is gorgeous and very spacious for our group of 6.

Great House Great Location

This property has everything your family needs for a perfect vacation. The rooms are spacious & comfortable & the kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals! Private pool & decks are a bonus. We will be back.

A great rental property with a short walk to the beach. The bedrooms were great with very comfortable beds and sheets. The living room was nice but the furniture really needs to be updated. Overall a great property . I would definitely recommend it.

This is the second time staying here. Plenty of room for our party of 11. Loved having the beach cart, umbrellas, boogie boards, and other various beach items. Beach access is super close and easy. I can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Time With Family

I work many hours away from my family so when I get the opportunity to bring them on a “working” vacation, I’m picky about our location. This state was perfect on all accounts! I really enjoyed coming home from work to relax with my family and occasionally walk to the beach for sunrises and sunsets. This is an ideal rental for families!

Spacious House with Pool

House was very spacious with multiple levels perfect for two families to have privacy. Kitchen was huge and had all the tools for cooking. The pool was actually bigger than I had anticipated. Beach across the street through a convenient gate. Would definitely stay again.

Retreat from The Winter

The four of us had a wonderful "Retreat from The Winter" at Miramar! The home, especially the kitchen, was comfortable and well equipped, including many beach chairs. The access to the beach was terrific, with a short walk across the street, through the Aloha Kai gate, and down the private driveway to the white sandy beach. The weather cooperated too, after the one day of rain. The traffic was horrendous, due to a weekday maintenance of the bridge, which was totally out of the hands of the rental. So, while we were unable to explore OFF island, we enjoyed all of the amenities offered ON island. It was a wonderful visit and retreat from the winter!

We loved the location, size of home and amenities offered.

Overall great property and would rent again. A few things that did come up were addressed quickly. We did leave a recommendation for one of the pull out beds and hope that gets addressed. Otherwise very pleased with everything the house offered.

Beautiful property and location. Overall good stay Had problem with sewer smell in one of bedrooms which made the room uninhabitable when you tried to turn on water in bathroom. Was not considered ‘ emergency’’ so took time to repair

Nice stay with family

Pros: nice house with ample space, well supplied with beach chairs, towels, and beach wagon. Pool area and deck furniture comfortable. Grill worked well. Two house repair issues were resolved very quickly which was appreciated. Other: there could have been more dining chairs, parking limited to 2 cars in driveway and 2 small cars in garage, trash pickup is mid week so expect trash cans to be full on arrival and same with once a week pool cleaning (disappointed pool was dirty). Walk to beach very manageable

House was nice. Took 6 days to get the the code to go to beach.

House was great. Private code to the beach was very difficult to get till the 6th day of our 7 day vacation. So that was disappointing and we got told by the neighboring resort that we weren’t allowed to go through thier beach access. But we made it work and the future guests should be happy that I helped get the new access code so they will be able to get to the beach. Again house great access was not.

A week of paradise!

Everything was just as mentioned in the property listing. Great location (about three blocks to beach), amazing beach (obviously), truest lovely home with tons of space, all we could want as far as cooking implements, fun things for beach and pool (beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, wagon, bikes), comfortable relaxing space for a family of 8. We had none of the issues mentioned by previous visitors of the kitchen ceiling leaking. The stairway to the rooftop deck was closed off without notice, which was a bummer, but the rest of the house was wonderful. Boring but important note: excellent and fast washer and dryer!! Very sad to leave.
