La Centrale of the Île de Ré offers this house located in a quiet area and close to shops and the market (1000 metres away) and near the beach (2000 metres away).
The cycle paths are in the immediate vicinity of the house in the direction of La Couarde or Saint-Martin-de-Ré.
It is possible to easily park bicycles under the awning in the garden.
It is possible to park a vehicle near the house on public car parks.
This lovely house is functional and comfortable.

The house has an enclosed and secure garden with outdoor furniture for 6 people.
