Upon entering this beautifully decorated Seacrest Beach Condo you will be enchanted with the coastal decor and bright light coming through the large windows. The updated kitchen has stainless steel aplliances, ample counter space and a large center island for extra seating. The dining area and living room are an open concept feel with the balcony access joining the interior and exterior. This 3rd floor balcony over looks the expansive 12,000 square foot Seacrest Lagoon Pool.

Escape to the master suite where you will find a king size bed and private en suite fit with double sinks, a shower and a jetted soaking tub. The second guest suite has a queen size bed and private en suite with a single sink and shower/tub combo. Third guest suite has two full size beds and private en suite complete with a single sink and shower/tub combo. Additionally there is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

Grab your beach gear and walk over to the community beach access, located just south of the condo across 30A and about a 5 minute walk from the property. Seasonally there is a tram service that can take you to and from! Being in Seacrest Beach you will be just short walk or bike ride away from Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, the ideal location. Hop on the bikes and cruise through Peddlers Pavilion, enjoy the local boutiques and restaurants of Seacrest Beach!

Gem!

First off this was our first trip to 30A. What a spectacular place to visit. The beach towns were so dreamy and there was a European vibe, very different than much of Florida. The condo was clean and I have a very high bar. It was spacious with an awesome view of the pool and close proximity ot the beach and night life. It was the perfect location! The condo comes with 2 parking spots and 3 bikes. Everything was very easy and the management team was very responsive and accommodating. Cons: The pool was not heated. We went through reviews and we thought that we read the corrected that. It was not. That is kind of a deal breaker for a March vacation. Too cold. I would visit this location during the warmer months for sure but my kids were super disappointed. The condo does not provide beach towels. They really need a new coffee maker, a little kuerig would be perfect. Lastly, the unit above us had a rowdy crowd come in the last night we were there. It was insanely loud and made for a sleepless last night. Thank God we were leaving. I did let the management company know so they could talk to the family before the next guests arrived. This is a one-off situation but worth knowing. Tricky review – I loved the condo and would visit again if it were during warmer months. If the HOA heats the pool I would come to this spot every single year, even in March. 30A is a gem!

Isle Be Back

This unit/property was perfect in my option. Decor was not over done, perfect and updated colors, plenty of space in living area. First unit as you drive in. So the elevators on each floor face the the property entrance, gorgeous view night and day. Beautiful view of pool. Very close to Tram stop. Easy walk to Barrett Square. We went in off season so we weren’t in heavy traffic or a crowded pool. It would have been nice to have a Kcup machine(it has a regular coffee pot) and a sharp knife is needed.

Great location

Everything was good except I did email the property owner/management company the week prior asking if this unit came with beach chairs and umbrellas and they said no. So we bought and hauled many from Texas just to find the closet was full of them. Which woukd have been good to know prior. ☹️ also the kitchen needs a new van opened the one there is broken.

Family trip

This was our first time to 30A and did not know what to expect. We had hoped we picked the right place for our stay and we did. It was amazing. We were very happy with the place. The layout was perfect and loved overlooking the pool. We can’t wait to come back.
