This is a beautifully renovated home located minutes from Indian Shores, Madeira Beach and Redington Shores. This centrally located property is within driving distance to all the sandy beaches on the west, including Clearwater, Pier 60 Park, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach and Fort De Soto Park.

If you want to just relax, this 1550 SF property has a spacious open floor plan with a fully renovated kitchen, dining and living room area and 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms to accommodate all your indoor entertainment needs. The backyard has a swimming pool with deck area for the kiddos to take a dip and cool off. Bring your fishing rods so you can do some fishing right from the canal located right in the back yard! Then light up your evening at the fire pit where the kiddos can roast some s'mores.

The third bathroom is conveniently located in the renovated 4th bedroom/entertainment room with access to the back yard and pool, making it easy to wash off after a dip in the pool or lake. There's also a washer/dryer to throw your dirty wet clothes in.

A newly-installed tankless water heater ensures that you won’t run out of hot water in the showers.

Great Location

The house was a perfect location for us and our family. Just a 10min drive to beautiful gulf beaches, we were able to spend time at the beach and the house pool every day. The house is short drive to groceries, shopping and restaurants. House owner was very accommodating to my requests.

Great property

We were in town for a brief stay and appreciated the proximity to family. The house is in wonderful condition and has plenty’s of space.

Nice and clean

Had to put employees in VRbO instead of hotels during hurricane work. Property worked out great and owner was accommodating.

Seminole house

Very nice house - very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Great location.But we ran out of hot water often, sometimes with just 2 showers. Dishwasher was junk, didn't get dishes clean and had to dry everything when it came out, so we quit using it.Much of the outdoor furniture and the beach equipment was unusable. out.Most Outdoor furniture

Family Reunion

This place was perfect for our little family reunion. The kids had the pool the men had fishing and there was plenty of space for our entire family of 6. Great location with grocery store and beach near. We would love to stay again!

Straight Peace

The house matches its listing perfectly. The kids had fun fishing and watching gators in the canal behind the property. It was a short drive to the beaches and the pool was the perfect way to end the day. We would definitely return to this property!

Great Spot

4 adults that enjoy cycling, it was a great spot, easy access to Pinellas Trails. The house was very well equipped for doing our own meals, plenty of dishes, could use a little more cutlery, but not a big deal. The Bbq was the best we've ever had at a VRBO!! Totally enjoyed our stay here.

Fun Times in Seminole

The property is perfectly placed close to restaurants, the beach and shopping, which was perfect for us! There are things to do that are close but the location is quiet and private. This was our second time of staying at this property and we felt very safe and comfortable and at home here! I would recommend it to anyone!

Nice location in a quiet neighborhood

This house was perfect for me and my family for our stay in Florida. It was just the right size for the 6 of us, very clean and had everything we needed. It was a good location and just a short drive to go where we wanted to (shopping, eating the beaches and entertainment) while we were there. I highly recommend this place if you are planning on staying in the area

Great place to stay!

Overall experience was a great clean home. The kids loved the pool and the big shower in the master bathroom. Beautifully decorated and very well organized. The owner was very responsive. Will stay here again!

Nice home will be back!!!!!

The home was up to date and spacious. We enjoyed fishing and relaxing in the pool. The pool was not cleaned to my liking and the host had the pool guys come out the next day. The property is in a great location - the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I will definitely return.

Perfect for our family

This place was perfect for my family. It had everything we needed, the biggest draw for us was the pool & being on a canal. My brother in law & nephew spent hours fishing and trying to catch the baby gators in the water. The bathroom in the garage with a shower was great. The space was good for us, 3 adults, 3 children (1 teen) and a baby. Really cool shower in the primary room. Id definitely recommend staying here, we'll keep it on our list for future stays!

Spring break

We loved the house and location it was great for the grandkids. They loved the fishing caught some large mouth bass wildlife in the area was great. Would definitely recommend this place highly, close to beaches but in a nice quiet neighborhood . Will definitely book again! We had everything we needed we even used the fire pit for marshmallows.

Close to the beaches

Clean property. Good location quiet neighborhood canal is not a option to use unless you have a boat. Wish the pool was heated for the little ones. Overall good place to stay

Very thoughtful hosts

Excellent Property, the hosts have thought of fairly everything, a vacationing family may need. Great layout of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Beaches and other attractions are a good 25-30 minutes away. Overall very happy with this property.

Loved our stay

We had 4 children with us and our son and they couldn't believe how nice a place it was. I enjoyed the fishing and 3 of our kids did as well. It was so relaxing everyday at your place. Thanks for allowing us to stay. We use vrbo for one of your vacation spots in Brown County Indiana(Nashville, In). Thanks again, Jim,Jan,Nathan,Elizabeth, Atticus,Keira and Parker.

Family Get Away to please all

The house fit everyone's needs. My husband was able to wake up and go fishing and the kids were able to swim as much as they wanted. The house was very clean, check in and out were easy. Alot of space for our family of 5. The location is close enough to the beaches but not in the hustle of it all. We enjoyed our space. It was hard to leave the house at times because we were so comfortable

A Get A Way

A beautiful home that accommodated all of us. Exactly as described. All the amenities needed to have a cooked meal or BBQ by the pool. Having a place to do laundry was a huge place. No need to bring dirty laundry home. Communication was very easy. We would recommend the property for anyone.

Cute House, nicely ventilated & Perfect Location close to beaches

1. Loved Staying 4 nights in this cute, clean, renovated, spacious house with a lovely water view at backyard. 2.Booking and check-in went smooth. 3.Beaches like Madeira/Redington/Treasure Island even Clearwater were mins away. 4.bathroom in the master bedroom is awesome just an request to the owner to add some privacy door/curtain near wash basin area. 5.Surprised to see big TVs everywhere including all rooms. 6.Best is - Three bathrooms is what we needed and we found it suitable with 6 Adults and kids. 7.Enjoyed the stay here thoroughly !

Beautiful home on lake

We spent Memorial Day weekend at this beautiful, clean home on Lake Seminole. Check in was a breeze. The pool was green when we arrived, but communication with our host was very effective. He was prompt in responding to us and had someone out late Saturday afternoon to shock the pool. By Saturday night it was blue again and we were able to swim on Sunday. It was wonderful and we really enjoyed it. We were with our son & daughter-in-law and 1 year old grandson. He loved it! We docked our boat behind the house and played on the lake all day Saturday, so it all worked out. This is a great area close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. We grilled out on Sunday afternoon. We had a lovely time and appreciate the prompt attention from our host as well as the late check out he offered due to complications with the pool., Thank you for a wonderful place to spend Memorial weekend with our family. Would highly recommend!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay and the property was a good size for the 6 of us and centrally located to beaches. The AC cannot keep up so expect it to warm up throughout the day. It'll be cool in the morning then warm up during the day and evening despite the temp being set. We alerted the host and they were very responsive in sending out a tech but it didn't help much. I'm guessing the unit isn't large enough for the house after the addition. There were some issues with things being clean. I had to wash most dishes I took out of the cabinet before using. We were disappointed that there was sand all over our sheets on the master bed the first night we come in to sleep. The backyard is nice in theory but the "grass" isn't kept up with and overgrown so walking to the fire pit area will cover your feet. We didn't use the deck because walking on it felt like it was going to snap so we didn't setup the patio furniture. We found items under the chair and couch in the living room that obviously wasn't cleaned. Overall we enjoyed our stay but wish it had been cleaner and backyard had more attention paid to it for outdoor entertaining.
