This Tropical Paradise awaits you in this beautiful 4br, 2bath, 2 living room just house with saltwater HEATED pool and a hot tub without extra charge. Property is centrally located to all beaches, restaurants, entertainment, stores, St. Petersburg and Tampa. Closest beach 2.5 miles. The house has a private astroturf backyard, huge, covered patio deck that wraps around the saltwater heated pool, hot tub, fire pit and a private lake! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located Tropical Paradise.

The house is absolutely amazing! Everything you need is there and location is close to everything. The owner was very quick to response and super helpful. The best place we have stayed at and we go different areas every year. Thank you for sharing your home and we hope to be back soon!

What a great stay! The host have put small touches everywhere and really thought of everything that you could needee while on vacation. From the beach amenities in the shed, sunscreen, extra sunglasses, unlimited kitchen supplies, kids activities and the unlimited recommendations on places to go in the area.

Great house

Our group of 8 had a great stay at this house. Super easy and short drive to beach. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Kitchen had everything we needed. The whole house was well equipped. Only thought is that large groups might want to bring a few extra towels. Thank you again!!!!!!

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay in Seminole. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and it is close to a lot of things-restaurants, beaches, the walking trail. It had everything we needed. Everyone, including our grandchildren, really enjoyed the heated pool. The large dining area was also a plus for us. Our host was very informative before we arrived with a whole brochure of information about the area and she was also very responsive to our questions and needs.Thank you for helping us have a very nice family vacation.

Great family trip

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Four beautiful bedrooms for three adult children and three grands. The house and pool were immaculate, house had a great Florida “vibe” and we had all we needed. Grazina, home owner, was attentive to all our needs. She had pool floats ready for the kids and info for all we wanted for our vacation. I’ll be back!

A true tropical 🌴 paradise

This home is spectacular and perfect for a family gathering! The beds are so comfortable and home has a great decor! The pool area is amazing and hot tub a favorite! Family vacation

I cannot recommend this vacation home highly enough. The house is beautifully decorated and the host provided almost everything we needed for our beach vacation, including beach chairs, sunscreen , towels, toys, coolers, and even a beach wagon. It is close to several beaches but the pool and hot tub are also great if you decide to stay home.It was our first trip to Clearwater and Grazina made it a great experience!

The Best!!

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this one is at the top of my list. Great communication from the owner. The house is just as pictured, fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels for the pool and bathrooms, lots of great beach supplies. The backyard and pool Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to many beaches and lots of amazing restaurants.

Perfect for a family vacation

We had a group of 10 that mainly hung around the house for a week. The pool area and backyard were perfect for us. The house was well equipped and the dual living rooms gave us space to divide up and let the kids do their own thing. Most importantly, Grazina was an amazing host. Any questions or concerns I had were answered within five minutes. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing rental and even better host!

The house has everything you could want and more. Every detail has been thought of and the host does not skimp. Grazina is quite possibly the most responsive host I have ever worked with! She provided a long tourist document filled with everything we needed to know about the location, things to do, places to eat, etc. I would highly recommend this rental! It had lots of space. We loved sitting by the pool by day and using the hot tub by night. Amazing vacation!

Family vacation

The house was amazing !!! The pool and hot tub or a huge hit with our kids!!! the beach was only a seven minute drive and it was clean and had very clear water. We had a few minor problems when we checked in and the host was so responsive and fixed everything immediately. I would recommend this place for families. It has everything that you could need. Wonderful vacation home!!

We had the best vacation here during our Spring Break! The house has everything you could possibly need. Grazina was amazing to work with and very friendly! We loved the pool, hot tub, Pac Man game and all the beds were so comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and we were a short distance to the beach and lots of shops. We loved the house. The actual house was larger than what was shown in the pictures. The living rooms had a nice vibe to them. The pool and yard were fantastic. We loved the beds - they were well made and soft. The kitchen had a lovely selection of drink glasses and bar accessories. Most of all, the host was very easy to communicate with. Any questions we had regarding the house or checking/out were answered promptly. The trip was amazing, we loved the house, and we loved how easy it was to talk with the host. 10/10 would rent again.

Perfect!

The property was perfect inside and out. Plenty of room inside so everyone had space! The outside pool area was amazing, we spent all our time at the house enjoying the pool, patio, hot tub, bar, eating area and turf area for kids to play football!!! The entire house was stocked with anything you would need. Just minutes away from Gulf Beaches. Grazina was a great host, she communicated all details and responded immediately if there were questions.
