The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 32 mÂČ apartment in Gentilly which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 6th floor (without elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 mÂČ living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment includes :
- A 20 mÂČ living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160Ă200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Gentilly, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy near the apartment all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public parking lot close to the apartment (paying parking).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gentilly, 2 km (about 10 min. by bus)
- Nearest airport: Paris-Orly 9 km away (approx. 12 min. by car); Roissy-Charles-De-Gaulle 30 km away (approx. 40 min. by car).

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
