Detta nyligen ombyggda historiska hem är i ett utmärkt läge i den lugna norra änden av 'beryktade' Blair Street och en gångavstånd från huvudgatan. Det är ett pittoreskt viktoriansk utsida och har alla moderna bekvämligheter och bekvämligheter på insidan. Ligger på den utsedda OHV-rutten kommer att göra dina äventyr mer praktiska eftersom du kan åka direkt från huset. Detta 1300 sf-hus har fyra sovrum på två våningar och rymmer upp till 12. Det finns två små sovrum med ett med en queen size-säng och det andra har en fullstor säng med en extra enkelsäng. Ett stort sovrum har en queen size-säng och futon i full storlek. Sedan finns det ett mycket litet rum med en våningssäng. I vardagsrummet kan det stora fönstret i minnesskummet sova en hög vuxen. (Och det är perfekt för tupplurar i solskenet!)

50th birthday Helidrop

My hubs went up to knock a major bucket item off his list and we found this lil gem. He and his 3 friends went up to ride Silverton and do a helidrop. Perfect spot for the 4 of them, very comfortable, accommodating and close to area spots. Andrew was super responsive and easy to work with! Would stay here again if we ever get back out.

Awesome lodging in Silverton

The White Wolf Haus was fantastic! Perfect for a 6-man ski vacation. Definitely an authentic rustic mining town cabin experience. The wood stove heated the place well, and there was plenty of wood. Well-stocked kitchen with basic spices and pots/pans/utensils. Easy check in and check out process. Highly recommended!

Family time in Silverton

Wonderful accommodations in Silverton,CO. This house is cozy, well equipped to cook, and an easy walk to the Main Street for coffee and drinks in the evening! We enjoyed a long weekend visiting family. Thanks so much.

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay for a family. I have stayed here before and it was better the first time. Nothing too bad but a few things were a little off putting. There was a lot of black dog hair on one of the beds upstairs and on the window seat cushions. We had to vacuum the window seat to use it. One bed comforter down stairs had a few holes in it and a few small drops of blood at the end, probably from someone’s nose I would guess. Besides that it is a very nice place to stay. Close to everything and plenty of parking especially if you have a trailer. I would stay there again but be prepared to have to wash the sheets before I slept in them.

Great house, incredible location

This Silverton house is perfectly set up and was an incredible base for exploring the San Juans. The house itself is clean, cozy, roomy, and had everything we needed for a week long stay. It was right around the corner from everything in town and Silverton itself was a joy to stay in. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit!

Great location! Great communication!

We had a great stay! The house is located at the end of Blair Street, which is one of the main shopping areas and very convenient for walking. We were there for a wedding that was taking place at the Kendall Mountain Community center, which was right up the street and easy to walk to.the house was what we needed, with a queen room on the first floor, which was ideal for my mom, who has difficulty with stairs. The two upstairs bedrooms worked great for myself and my husband as well as my son. Upstairs stays pretty warm, so the fans were appreciated! The windows were easy to open and great for cooling off the upstairs. We did start a fire in the evenings to keep the downstairs warm. The wood provided as well as the directions by the wood stove worked great! Communication with the host was lightning fast, and he was very accommodating! Thanks so much!

I first came to the San Juan Mountains in 1996, lured by the promise of legendary powder skiing, endless miles of sweet singletrack, and a college education. I settled in Durango and was not disappointed. I still live in Durango and kayak, bike, ski, and hike in the mountains as much as possible. I spent 2006-2009 personally renovating this historic Victorian house into the perfect pad for adventures in the mountains or just hanging out with a bunch of friends and family. Many good times have been had there already and many more to come!

After playing in the mountains around Silverton for years, I decided I needed my own base camp in Silverton even though I only live an hour away in Durango. Silverton is a peaceful mountain burg and the ultimate adventure playground, with soaring peaks, raging rivers, and unbelievable vistas from almost anywhere in town. Little has changed since Silverton was a mining boom town 100 years ago—most of the quaint Victorian houses and shops still line the wide unpaved streets. Silverton still has the feel of the Wild West of yesteryear but with a modern-day adventurous social atmosphere.
