Nyligen ombyggda historiska Silverton hem 1889 med tre sovrum och två badrum. Modern design med smakfull inredning. På övervåningen har en lyxig ångdusch och badrummet på nedervåningen har en klo fot badkar. Detta är ett av de mest välskötta och vackraste hyresbostäderna i Silverton. Det finns en organisk madrass i sovrummet och andra sängar är utrustade med organiska lakan. Det finns ett mycket bekvämt och underhållningsvärt kök. Köket är fullt lager komplett med bänkskivor i granit och en matplats som enkelt har plats för sex med plats för större fester. Huset har strålande golvvärme i hela. Stort och mycket mysigt vardagsrum med underbar orientalisk matta och gasspis. Det finns också ett tvättstuga med jordvänligt tvättmedel.

Det finns mycket privat, stort, inhägnad i trädgården. Som inkluderar ett bakdäck med Weber grill. Denna vackra trädgård är komplett med skuggiga Aspen-träd, en Crabapple-träd och en vacker sten- och flerårig trädgård som beskrivs av en frodig grön gräsmatta. Utsikten över Sultan, Grand Turk och Kendall Mountain är härlig. Ligger strax utanför Main Street på den ökända Blair street. Sover bekvämt 6 (7 med soffan).

Cannot recommend this home or host enough! By far one of the cleanest and most well equipped homes I’ve stayed in. Kim was accommodating and easy to get ahold of if needed. Location was great as it was close enough to walk everywhere.

Such a cute home with a lot of amenities such as Beautiful patio and back yard with green grass and aspen trees. Steam shower upstairs was amazing. Everything decorated so nice with lots of personal touches. House stocked well and very good appliances. Would stay here again and again. Had an issue with connecting to WiFi as password was not correct but after a text issue was resolved. Thanks Kim for a wonderful experience

We visited our son in Silverton late September 2026. Kim’s VRBO home was charming and wonderful. A full living space with bedroom, bath, well stocked kitchen, living room and dining area on the main floor and 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs. The house was clean and comfortable and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dachshund. The neighborhood is quiet and steps away from the farmers market and downtown. As a host Kim was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. I highly recommend this home. We will return.

Kim is an amazing host and a great person all around. This house was the perfect getaway for our family. I’ve stayed in several rentals in Silverton, and this is by far my favorite. It will hold a special place in my heart being the first trip to the Colorado mountains for our little kids. They didn’t want to leave the house or the mountains, and I don’t blame them one bit.

During a recent ski trip to Silverton we had the pleasure of staying at this property. It was the perfect place to stay on our down days, and a great spot to rest after skiing. Kim was a flexible and easy to contact host!

Kim was a phenomenal host! We are so grateful this home was available for our stay in Silverton. The antique décor throughout the house gave it so much charm and character, and the home itself was spacious, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The steam shower was an amazing bonus, and the backyard was a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring.Kim was incredibly responsive and an ideal host. Although the listing mentions that the owner lives on-site in an attached dwelling connected to the main house, we never heard or saw her during our stay. It truly felt like we had the entire place to ourselves, yet she was always quick to respond whenever we had a question.This was by far our favorite home we’ve stayed in during our trips to Silverton, and we’ve been visiting for over 15 years. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and most definitely plan to be back. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, unique, and well-hosted place to stay!

Great Place!

Stayed here for 4 nights with the Pup in tow. Communication was easy & straightforward, the house was in immaculate shape, and the kitchen well-stocked (no hilariously dull knives or rusted / scratched cookware). Kim's dog (Ollie) was a welcome visitor & playmate for our Golden Retriever. Definitely the nicest place in town I've stayed in-- will be back!

Silverton

We had a great stay in Silverton. The house was perfect for us and in a great location for our daily hikes in the mountains. Kim was a terrific host. Everything was just as advertised only better. We were in her house for 20 days and had NO issues whatsoever!

Best house on the OHV route!

This house is just so good! This is the second time we have stayed here and it keeps getting better. The owner is constantly improving the furniture and keeping the house in tip top shape. It is very spacious, has plenty of parking and is in a great location! It is on the OHV route and you are able to walk to all the restaurants & shopping around town. I would highly recommend this house. The host is fantastic! We will for sure be staying here again!

Perfect location

House was clean and great location in terms of proximity to town and trails! We loved walking to coffee bear in the morning and around the town shops. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need and more in terms of kitchen and bathroom supplies. We weren’t aware the owner actually lives in the home in an upstairs unit, but it didn’t cause any issues. Thanks Kim for hosting us!

Great experience Beautiful house Great location

The house is very inviting and comfortable. It was laid out great for our group of 5 and the remodel work is very nice. Kim was a great host and takes very good care of the house and the yard and was attentive and available when needed, but a quiet neighbor. Being on Blair St makes this a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants in town. It would be a perfect spot to watch the 4th of July Parade as it is right on a corner of the route. Overall a great experience with a beautiful house and a wonderful host!!!

Great place for a family and a great yard for the dogs!

We were in Silverton for a wedding at the Wyman and we loved that this house was so close. We used it as a meeting place for our family. The kitchen was awesome with everything you could need. Our dogs loved the backyard and we enjoyed sitting out there talking and reading. The steam shower was so amazing! We all enjoyed it. Lastly, we got to meet Kim and she was so gracious and kind, offering to help us with whatever we needed.

The Best Place to Stay in the BEST Mountain Town!

I felt like I won the lottery when I was able to reserve Kim's home between the holidays in '22. The home was absolutely perfect for what I was wanting to do: relax and play in the snow outside with my two kids. The location is perfect (right in town) and the property is cozy, clean and set up for all you might want to do (cooking a meal for a group, watching movies on the Apple TV set up, putting snow gear in the mud room, etc.). I cannot recommend Kim as a host or this incredibly awesome property enough! Thank you Kim for a memorable, restful and amazing holiday week!

Silverton Gold 💛

The home is absolutely stunning!! It had all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The steam shower was so nice after a day of adventures. The home also has a beautiful claw foot tub for soaking. We enjoyed cooking dinners in a well equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful antique wood burning stove in the kitchen that set the ambience and was so nice to enjoy while preparing meals. The host Kim is absolutely amazing!! She is super attentive to the property and her guests wants and needs. She has the sweetest bernese mountain dog named Oliver that became fast friends with our doodle. The location in town was perfect! Main street is only one block away so easy to walk to and grab coffee and food. Thanks for everything Kim!! We can't wait to come stay with you again. Give Oliver a snuggle for us!
