Great location for a short stay

We needed a place near Paris Montparnasse and this was right across the street! A very tiny apartment, so better suited for just one person, but we made it work for both of us.

Good value accommodation

Marine's apartment was ideal for our short stay in Paris. It's location is excellent being across the road from the Montparnasse railway station and a half hour walk to the iconic attractions along the Seine river. The apartment is compact but if has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for those on a budget and looking for a safe, clean and convenient accommodation in Paris.

Small, but GREAT location

Great location across from Gare Montparnasse. Lots of buses and 3 Metro stations close by. Very small, but everything I needed. Very comfortable bed. One person is fine, two would be crowded. Very safe building. Top floor with elevator. I would stay here again.

Happy Traveler

I'm here for the Summer Olympic Games. This studio in the Montparnasse ares was close to subway lines, great restaurants, a Lidl general grocery store. I wiuld stay here again and I'm sure others who may stay here would be happy to be here.

This tiny studio apartment is in a very cool turn of the century apartment building in Montparnasse. It is very small but cozy and almost right across the street frm the Gare Montparnasse. There is a grocery store a couple of doors down and so many sidewalk cafes, theaters, shops, bakeries in the easily walkable neighborhood.

Nice Stay close to attractions in Paris!

I stayed in this apartment 4 days, and I did enjoy myself. For one person I felt there was just enough space, and the space was convenient to all that I wanted to do. It was close to metro stations as well as groceries/shopping. Marine was extremely quick in response and I felt that I could reach out with any problem that could’ve occurred. There was construction going on so that was a little unpleasant waking up to in the mornings. Also, the toilet in the room was being really finicky, which I was warned about, but it did make it unpleasant to have to go out in the hallway to use a shared toilet that definitely is not kept clean. The check in and checkout process was easy, and I did find it easy to get home at any point.

Let me tell you the stay I had here was fabulous! The host had great communication and response time. The place looked just like the picture and the location was perfect. You could see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Everything was provided towels, dishes, tv, and much more. Elevator worked great too. There is a grocery store right next to the place as well a shopping center, McDonald’s, and a bus stop.

Vraiment très bien situé si vous aimez marcher beaucoup de commerces à proximité (restaurants,épicerie,,,,,) Par contre l’endroit est vraiment petit malpropre je diras même insalubre
