Kitchen is well stocked with everything you’ll need should you choose to cook or bake or if you desire to mix up a refreshing cocktail or pour a glass of wine. There are flat screen televisions in the Living Room (Smart TV) & Bedroom and strong, secure wifi. Additional amenities include quality bath towels, hair dryer, outlet extender offering usb and usb-c ports, a Keurig coffee maker, iron & ironing board, clothing steamer, detergents for laundry & dishes, basic cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion & more.

The Gilded Palm is a sunny top-floor end-unit located in a boutique condo community of just 2 buildings with 12 units total, offering a gated courtyard with swimming pool (sunny all day with full east to west exposure), lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and patio table with chairs & umbrella. There is a convenient & dedicated parking space located right next to the building.

If you like to venture further out you can drive, rent a bike or walk just 10 blocks to historic 3rd Street South abounding in art galleries, boutiques, dining & a weekly farmer’s market. Tin City is just 7 blocks away and offers a casual waterfront shopping mall that exudes old Florida charm. Bayfront is across the street from Tin City and offers even more restaurants and shopping. You'll never grow bored in downtown Naples!

REVIEWS: We know how helpful reviews can be. We've felt the same way when traveling. Please know that our property has been hosting guests for 20 years, and many of them are repeat guests. Previously managed by a local real estate firm, there are no reviews from those 20 years as that firm was a bit more "old-school". In addition, we became the new owners of this lovely property during the summer of 2021. We have cleaned it top to bottom, repainted, new air conditioner & water heater & washer/dryer, and we totally refurnished & redecorated the unit. The linens are all new, the bedding, the dishes & glassware, even the beach chairs! If you decide to stay at our property you'll find a meticulously cared for condo with a fun, beachy vibe in a perfect location. Additionally, the two condo buildings were repainted and reroofed in 2023 and offer a fresh coastal vibe. Message owner for a photo, professional photography will be updated in off-season of 2024.
