There are flat screen televisions in the Living Room (Smart TV) & Bedroom and strong, secure wifi. Additional amenities include quality bath towels, hair dryer, outlet extender offering usb and usb-c ports, a Keurig coffee maker, iron & ironing board, clothing steamer, detergents for laundry & dishes, basic cleaning supplies, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion & more.

The Gilded Palm is a sunny top-floor end-unit located in a boutique condo community of just 2 buildings with 12 units total, offering a gated courtyard with heated swimming pool (sunny all day with full east to west exposure), lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and two patio tables with chairs & umbrella. There is a convenient & dedicated parking space located right next to the building.

If you like to venture further out you can drive, rent a bike or walk just 10 blocks to historic 3rd Street South abounding in art galleries, boutiques, dining & a weekly farmer’s market. Tin City is just 7 blocks away and offers a casual waterfront shopping mall that exudes old Florida charm. Bayfront is across the street from Tin City and offers even more restaurants and shopping.
