This house 400m from the beach and 350m from the city center, completely renovated, consists of a beautiful living room with lounge, flat screen TV and terrace access, a fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, oven), a separate toilet. A large master suite equipped with a 160 double bed, a private bathroom with shower and sink as well as direct access to the garden. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each with 1 140 double bed, a 3rd bedroom with 2 single bunk beds of 90, bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. Also available: a washing machine in the laundry room, a garden at the back with terrace and garden furniture, 1 parking space on enclosed land. Pets not allowed in the rental. Free wifi access in the house. The owners leave at your disposal a travel cot, a stroller and a baby bath. End-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.
