The living area is located on the raised ground floor opening onto a terrace with its outdoor furniture, awning, 1 living room with sitting area, equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtub, sink. 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with two beds of 0.80, 1 bedroom with a bed of 160 and its suite (shower, sink). 1 closed mezzanine bedroom height less than 1.80 cm. 1 bed of 140 with shower room and toilet. On the ground floor, 1 bedroom with a bed of 160 cm. 1 toilet and 1 shower room. 1 large relaxation room with billiards and home cinema. 1 large garage, and a parking space. Wi-Fi, 1 refrigerator-freezer, 1 television, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, toaster, dishes...
The grounds are wooded and beautifully maintained. A fireplace is a decorative feature. End-of-stay cleaning is to be performed by the tenant. A cleaning option is available upon reservation for âŹ200. Provide proof of liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra in the off-season.

For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La GriĂšre to La TerriĂšre via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de RĂ©, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.
