- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Hair dryer, Washing machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located:
- About 20 minutes walk from Nice city centre.
- 11 minutes walk to the beach.
- 17 minutes by bus from the Old Town.
For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "Carrefour City" is just 3 minutes walk.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the unmissable sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Cathédrale Saint-Nicolas de Nice is an 8-minute walk away;
- Villa Masséna at 12 minutes;
- the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice at 15 minutes;

Living in the district of Gambetta means first of all being able to enjoy in a few moments the sea and the beach while being a few streets from the city center. More recent than the neighborhoods of the hyper center, Gambetta presents a harmonious mix of bourgeois buildings typical of the Nice urbanism of the nineteenth century, Art Deco buildings and contemporary buildings. Although Gambetta is a small area, it has several very commercial streets: the rue de France, famous throughout the city for its shops. Served by the tram, this area has everything to please!
