This air-conditioned studio perfectly combines comfort and practicality. You’ll enjoy a cozy living area with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The toilet is separate for added convenience.
Nestled in a lively yet quiet street, the location is ideal for discovering Nice on foot, the beach, shops, restaurants, and public transport are all just a few minutes away.
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator access (please note that the elevator is small and only accessible from the 1st floor).
