Summary:
Centrally located 2-bedroom condo in Orlando! Situated just minutes away from all of Orlando's major attractions and venues, you'll have easy access to everything the city has to offer. Located on the first floor of a diverse community, our spacious condo offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The bedrooms are well-appointed, with a king bed in the master bedroom and two bunk beds in the second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa.
The Space:
The condo features 2 bedrooms, each with a TV, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa. You can stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi internet and take advantage of the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the condo. Sleeps 6 very comfortably. 976sqf of living space with a patio. For a better sense of our condo, we invite you to check our photos, website, or YouTube channel for walkthrough videos.
Guest Access:
It is a self check in. Guest have access to the entire condo.
The Neighborhood:
In the neighborhood, you'll experience the welcoming ambiance of an ethnically-diverse area. The area is pleasantly quiet, with the occasional sound of children playing outside in the late afternoon or the distant melodies of music from our friendly neighbors. As our condo is not located on a main street, you'll be spared from the noise of busy traffic. Rest easy knowing that the community is under 24/7 video surveillance, and security patrols the neighborhood from 3 PM to 7 AM. During normal business hours, the association monitors the video and ensures maintenance to the community.
Other Things to Note:
Parking is free but you MUST provide your license plate number so I can register you as a visitor to avoid the possibility of your vehicle getting towed. A visitor parking pass is required, only one is provided. The replacement cost for the parking pass is $75. There are no assigned parking spots, so you can park conveniently in front of the condo or in the guest parking area. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide complimentary coffee, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent in the unit.

We enjoy traveling. Many times, our travels would take us to Orlando Florida. Sometimes it was for work, personal, or pleasure as we have annual passes to Universal and Disney. Because of this travel, we had an opportunity to stay all over the Orlando area, south for the Disney trips, central for Universal, east for UCF, and west and north for family.
The Orlando area is beautiful, and we decided to invest in the area and get a home where we could stay that was centralized to all our destinations in the area. Since we were not there year-round, we decided to rent it out when we were not there. Thatâs how it all started. We decided to invest in more homes to rent out via short-term renting. Now I host, co-host, and help other owners with short-term rentals.
Hosting visitors has become a passion. I take great pleasure in providing a great place for them to stay while visiting the Orlando area. Each home is clean and comfortable, with all the items needed for a stay. If anything should come up or if there are any needs you may have that I can fulfill, Iâm always available to provide a solution.

The condo isn't located on a main street which eliminates the noise of busy traffic. It is located behind the security gates, the community is under 24/7 video surveillance. Security patrols the neighborhood from 3 PM to 7 AM, during normal business hours the association monitors the video and provides maintenance to the community.
