Oh my this place was perfect! Our host was great and very helpful and very funny. The view from the kitchen window and living room was beautiful. A great back porch to sit out on and see the water. A perfect place to walk down to the water and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The inside was very clean and accommodating for 4 adults. A perfect location for day trips and good food. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Our stay at Primrose a was exceptionally lovely and exceeded our expectations. The hosts are outstanding and very accommodating. It was perfectly clean. You will not be disappointed if you choose this location, but don’t tell too many people and let out the secret.

This is our second time staying with Alex and Siobhan, and we will be back!!! The first time we stayed in the 1 bedroom "loft" which was excellent, this time was even better, we stayed on the other side with 2 bedrooms which had way more room than needed but it was nice to have the washer and dryer. Beautiful view of the water, convenient location to all the sites we wanted to visit. Kitchen is fully equipped if you decide to cook. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent accommodations and hosts! Loved being right on the water, going down in the morning for a short walk, watching the tide come in and go out. Hosts were excellent, very thoughtful and helpful. Place was super clean with everything we needed and very convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay there and felt very comfortable. View of water and access to beach amazing. The kitchen was also very well stocked with utensils and cooking materials. Loved it!!!! Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the deck and our daughter spent hours playing on the beach and in the shallow water of the cove. It was hard to leave!

Returned to the area to spend a little getaway time and liked the centralized location. House was warm and inviting. Had everything we needed and lots of space. Nice deck with grill and kitchen was nicely stocked with most things you’d need. Host met us upon arrival and was very nice and funny. We could have talked for hours. House as advertised, we enjoyed the views during our stay. Communications were perfect. Very clean! Great location to most coastal areas of interest. Three lighthouses very close by.

Great little town and place to stay

The space is exactly as described. Everything needed is supplied and owner helped out during a cold snap and came over at 10pm to put the furnace on as it was the end of June where the AC is usually in full swing but the temps dipped down to the low 50’s at night and cold damp rainy days just added to the chill in the air. We appreciate them so much and we would definitely stay again if ever back in the area!

Perfection!

I can not say enough great things about this place! Alex is a wonderful man, full of great stories I really enjoyed them! The home is clean and cutest decorations! The beds were so great, made it hard to get up early for sunrise! If you are on the hunt for seaglass this cove is where its at! We found tons!! This home makes for the most perfect vacation!! Worth every penny. The photos do it no justice its much more beautiful in person! I left a piece of my heart there!

Rest and relaxation

A beautiful location, just a short distance from so many things. Our plan was to rest and relax, we couldn't have asked for a better place to do that. Just watching the tide come in and go out each day with lovely Fall views was perfect! Alex and Siobhan were fabulous hosts with great suggestions. Thank you!

Charming, relaxing stay

Alex and Siobhan have a comfortable, well-outfitted little place. The location was perfect for us, with the lovely small beach at the back of the house and the proximity to other quaint seaside towns. Communication was excellent and very helpful.

A very nice spot to stay

A little out of town in a cove overlooking the ocean. Nice place to relax on the patio and a little walk down to the private beach. Rockland is a nice town - plenty of places to stroll and places to eat - a good place as a base for our trip.

Centrally located - 2 hrs from the Portland airport and 2 hours from Acadia National Park. Alex is very warm and he and Siobahn were very responsive.

Great Stay

Convenient location and you can’t beat the view. Lots of little extras (especially appreciated the chocolate). Felt cozy. Kitchen had all of the essential equipment and salt and pepper. Walk to the water was easy and closer than expected. Would stay here again.
