5 BEDROOM, 4 1/2 BATH BEACH HOME in a family oriented community. Ocean view from all 4 large decks. House is located less than 160 feet from the beach at Site #1206 in Ocean Lakes.
Life guards, patrolling security/courtesy service, and a 10 MPH speed limit makes this a really safe vacation place where you can just 'let the kids go.' The home is fully-equipped and professionally furnished to make your stay a pleasure in every way. Facilities on site include a heated indoor pool an outdoor olympic size pool & three kiddie pools, three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffle board, miniature golf, a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds
Five bedrooms:
1. One KING bed (upstairs)
2. One queen bed (upstairs)
3. One twin and full beds (upstairs)
4. One bunk bed (2 twin mattresses) (upstairs)
5. One queen bed (downstairs)
There are 4 1/2 baths. SPECIAL FEATURES AT THE HOUSE:
****** New Kitchen Cabinets and Granite Countertops
****** 4.5 New Tile Bathrooms
****** New appliances in 2024

****** High speed internet
****** Washer and Dryer
****** 160 Ft from the beach
****** On last row with a large lot with plenty of room with 2 lane road in front of house
****** All white secure vinyl railings, 1600sf of ocean view decks
****** Xbox 360 and games and 2 wireless remotes.
****** Large 50' flat screen TV with Wii system and games in family room and 42' flat screen TV in master bedroom upstairs that has private bath and walk-out to the deck and ocean view. 42' flat screen in the downstairs bed room, and 32' flat screens in all the other bedrooms as well.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
**** Golf cart not included
**** Towels, linens, paper products are not included. Linen package is available for additional $200/stay but needs to be specified at time of booking.
**** Parking pass required by Oceanlakes
**** Must be 25 to rent the house
**** NO smoking and NO pets
**** ALL OCEAN LAKES RULES AND POLICIES APPLY
**** You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
**** CONTRACT MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RESERVING PROPERTY
