Ett kort kvarter till stranden gör Sunset till ett underbart fritidshus, lördag till lördag hyror frÄn 1 maj till 30 september. GÄ till stranden eller ta ett dopp i 12 X 24 poolen. Bra hus för det familjeÄterförening, ta med hela familjen. Det finns 6 sovrum och fyra badrum. Titta igen pÄ huset. Vi arbetar stÀndigt för att hÄlla huset friskt och nytt. Fler bilder kommer snart

MÄnga saker att göra i omrÄdet inklusive BrookGreen Gardens, kort bilresa till Myrtle Beach .. Gott om parkering, minst 6 bilar. SÀngklÀder tillhandahÄlls inte men alla sÀngar har uppslag, kuddar och filtar. Sex sovrum, 4 queen size-sÀngar delar 2 badrum, en kung med bifogat badrum och 2 dubbelrum i sovrummet med bifogat badrum. Köket levereras med alla apparater som behövs för din vistelse. Kaffebryggare, mixer, stort kylskÄp, ny diskmaskin, brödrost och bestick, disk, etc. Stor kolgrill med rökare, picknickbord, solstolar etc utanför vÄr stora pool. Kolla in allt.

Stayed at Sunset multiple times and it’s always very nice. We came down a week later than usual and glad we did as the weather was perfect. Nice area and close to beach. Dog friendly is a bonus as well.

The house is great! Very well stocked with dishes, pots,pans etc.. pool is great and its closer to the beach than it looks in photos! Lots of shops and dinning around. Neighbors to the left were awesome people. Over all its a beautiful house. We will book again when we come this way again!!

Great place to stay - short walk to the beach

This home was perfect for our group of 10. Pros: 4 bathrooms, short/easy walk to the beach, no issues with hot water with multiple people showeringCons: AC stopped working on the last day though host is working diligently to fix, pool area could use a refresh- ant issue & bottom of pool could be cleaner, having to bring linens, small living area and kitchen Overall, we had a great time & would stay here again!

Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing. It was very clean, well stocked, and a very short work to the beach. Judy was wonderful to deal with. If we had to reach out to her, she responded immediately. We had a storm one evening which put debris all through the pool. She had someone out right away to take care of it. We definitely recommend this to other families.

Fabulous Facilities!

We loved our rental on Surfside Beach! Spacious, great amenities, wonderful and convenient location! With 13 of us, we had plenty of room. The home is lovely; we wanted for nothing. Plenty of parking, quiet street one block from the beach. The pool was a favorite with all of us. Thank you for sharing this beautiful spot with us!

Family Gathering

Home was very clean and the neighborhood was mostly quiet. All the beds were comfortable and there is ample space for storing and hanging clothing. We enjoyed the pool very much. We arrived at 4pm as the housekeeper was finishing up last minute cleaning. She was very pleasant. We typically vacation in Florida but ready for a change. Surfside Beach is a great location with plenty to do for all ages. We will return!

Another great stay

This is the place where the entire family can stay together, 15 people from Grandma and Grandpa to the smallest child of four years old. Location, private pool and clean. Updates are very nice. Communication with Judith was good. We had no issues during our stay. Already booked next year.

Another beautiful time at Sunset

This was our second time staying at Sunset, and we had another wonderful time, the owners are so gracious and help us with any questions that we had, the beds are comfortable and the furnishings are great. We had a pretty big family, the refrigerator kept everything very cold and the air conditioning works like a charm; It was a hot week. It’s a very short walk to the beach, but we also rented a golf cart from King of carts and utilized that to take umbrellas and chairs, etc., down each morning and evening. There is a place downstairs where you can plug-in an electric cart. The grandkids loved the pool and it was so nice to be able to go there in the evenings, there’s also a grill downstairs that we utilized, and that made for a wonderful supper one night. I highly recommend Sunset and hope we can come back in the future.

Great Family Stay!

We had a great time here! 1. Check in- was very easy! Two keys were in the lock box. 2. One of the most clean beach houses I have ever walked into- it was truly immaculate. 3. Location - easy 1.5 block walk (less than 5 min) to the beach. The 7th ave entrance has about 8 steps up to the shower and then only one step down. This was the easiest entrance to the beach with a wagon. Food Lion is right down the street and Walmart just a bit further. 4. Rooms- the queen rooms can accommodate two pack n plays, tightly, but doable. The king bed is in the same size room as the queens so a pack n play did fit but was tighter. 5. Pool- it was cleaned on Saturday before we arrived and then he came to shock it on Monday and then came to clean it again Tuesday. There is a baby gate at the top of the steps on the balcony so we felt safe with the 2-4 year olds we had. 6. Kitchen- decent electric coils on the stove, nice deep sink. Dishwasher up to date and fridge made ice well. Tons of plates, glasses, and a nice fancy Keurig that takes cups or can brew a whole pot of coffee with filters. We made some really yummy meals! 7. Washer/dryer- worked well, up to date. 8. Ample off street parking for 6 cars, easily. 9. No funky smells or stains :) Nothing needed attention or was in poor condition. 10. Our family of 10 adults, and kids age 5 months to 14 years old had a really nice stay. Thanks for having us!!

Nice getaway

We have stayed in this house twice now, about 8 years apart, and it was just as nice the first time as it is now! A great layout to accommodate a large family’s needs with a good size pool for relaxing and some games. The beach is so close it’s just a one block jaunt. Everything was fantastic!

Together again

We have vacationed in Surfside since the late 70’s but had not been in several years and decided to return tjis yesr. Sunset was a good choice - enough rooms for the 11 of us, close to the beach and a pool. We enjoyec sharing meals in the house and at several restaurants close to the pier. Morning walks and evening pickle ball for relaxing exervise. We all enjoyef our time togetger at Sunset.

Sunrise Surfside Beach

Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids in the 6 bedrooms was spacious for us. Perfect location for walking to the beach, rented a golf cart easy way to get to dining and shops. Pool was great for taking a day break from the beach. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Check in /out was easy We all had a great vacation Would definitely stay there again

I am a retired accountant living in Ohio during the summer and spending the winter in Surfside Beach working on Sunset. My husband is a retired teacher who is very handy and does much of the maintenance required for the house. We manage the house with much help from our team in Surfside. I am sure you will find the house a great value with a wonderful location close enough to Myrtle Beach for tons of activities, but away from the traffic and crowds. Plenty of stores in Surfside that can supply all of your immediate needs with outlets and more in Myrtle Beach. New pictures will be up the 1st of July. We have new BLUE siding and stainless steel appliances. Quilts and room colors often change. NO EXTRA FEES, only if there is a pet.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I purchased Sunset for the wonderful weather of South Carolina and the closeness of the beach. We have loads of parking, a large pool and a very easy walk to the beach. What is better than listen to the waves but not worrying about the kids on the beach. Easy to see children in the pool from the deck or a safety gate to keep them with you rather than in the pool.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Surfisde Beach is a very family friendly town. It is 6 miles south of Myrtle Beach, close by but not in all of the traffic and congestion. One block from the beach with a private pool in the back yard. So close to the beach, very easy walk for the whole family. Spend the day at the beach and the evening by the pool. Many of our guests rent a golf cart for the week for carrying their necessities to the beach but we take the short walk with chairs and an umbrella. It is an easy walk to the house for lunch or bring it with. You will love Sunset like we do. Give us a call or e-mail we are always happy to talk about the property.
