Farm Guest House between San luis and wine country

This unit is upstairs on 6 acres and located right on the central coast in Atascadero, CA.
You are 15 mins from downtown San Luis Obispo and 25 mins from the Paso Robels Wineries. We are backed up against the 101.

This Farm Stay is a 1 bd 2 bath that will accomadate 4 people.
Your stay will overlook the 6 acres with horses (Friesians & Thouroughbreds) along with some cows in the distance .
Come and enjoy a day out exploring but relax and enjoy the sunset while bbqing and feeling the fresh air.

When you arrive and open the door that leads to upstairs, you will notice the downtstairs is set up like a classroom. That is portion is off limits as of right now due to a preschool running. We are in the process closing the preschool in order to provide a bigger space for Airbnb guests.

Freeway Noise:
The property is on 6 acres. The back part of the view from the deck is facing the freeway. So please be advised that there is noise from the freeway. One of the pictures from the deck shows the distance from you to the freeway. We can provide a sound machine to help if you are sensitive to noise.

No AC:
Currently the unit does not have an AC. We have ordered one and will be in soon. We have provided 2 fans for each side of the "dining room" and "living room" . If it is hot, we do go in before arrival, close the shades and turn on both fans and bedroom fan to help keep the unit cool until sundown. Once the sun goes down and you open the window, the fresh breeze flows through.

Movement:
As stated, we have horses, cows, pigs and dogs that we need to attend to daily. So please be aware that you will see my husband or I,and our children moving about tending to animals and work. MY husband also owns his own solar company and will at times be hauling a trailer, passing by, with equipment.
