*There is NO pool at the property. We will reimburse up to 2 family pool pass (2 generations) with receipts at Aquatic Center in Destin, 4345 Commons Dr W, Destin, FL 32541 which is only 3.8 miles. The private beach is a few minute walking distance and has long stretch of sandbar.
Do not block sidewalk or park on lawn. No street parking, RVs, trailers, boats, commercial or large vans allowed per HOA
HOUSE RULES
✔ Must be at least 25 years old to book per HOA
✔ Maximum 12 guests including children. Additional guest fee will apply for changes or unregistered guests

✘ No firearm or illegal activities

The property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance 24/7 for security. No camera inside. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing.
Private beach and the South Walton county do not allow dogs (only by permit for county residents and land owners).

Agreement and Proof of ID:
The rental agreement must be signed electronically and proof of ID provided within 48 hours of booking, or your door access code will not be activated.

A security deposit will be held one day before check-in and will be released a few days after check-out if no damage or violations of house rules are found. It may automatically refreshed on the 7th day depending on the length of stay.

Cancellation and Refunds:
Travel insurance is recommended as refunds are not provided beyond the cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for weather, illness, power/internet outages, things beyond our control, unexpected events, changes in your trip plans, or early departures.
