The bunk room is perfect for the kids, with two full-over-full bunk beds and plenty of space for them to hang out and play.

The 1st bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a luxurious king bed and a TV for entertainment. The room also boasts a large private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a relaxing tub. Bedroom 2 offers another king bed and a TV, with the added bonus of access to a balcony adorned with plush seating, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh air and relax. This room shares a well-appointed bathroom with Bedroom 3, which features two full-over-full bunk beds—a delightful haven for the kids. Both Bedroom 2 and 3 have their own vanities, ensuring privacy and convenience for each guest. Bedroom 4 presents a cozy king bed, a TV, and even a baby crib in the closet, catering to families with young children. This room also shares access to the balcony. Bedroom 4: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a bed.
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a shower, but each have their own vanity.

Golf Cart Included:
We are thrilled to include a golf cart with your rental. This gas-powered, 6-seater golf cart is fully street legal and makes getting around hassle-free. You now have one less thing to worry about as you plan out your Emerald Coast vacation with Benchmark Management.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
