Property was excellent, a newly constructed 3-story townhome that was nicely furnished and clean. We really appreciate the no pet policy! Great central location to explore the area. Quiet and respectful neighbors. Would definitely stay again in future.

Perfect Greenville Townhouse

Fantastic new townhome minutes away from Downtown Greenville. The house is very well equipped and comfortably designed. Owners are easy to work with and communicate often. We will stay again next time we are in the area.

Perfect location

Best communication out of any vrbo property we've ever stayed. Ralph checked on us daily. The place was great and had everything we needed. The location was safe and near downtown as advertised. The beds were super comfortable to us. I will forewarn anyone that there are some steps to the unit but they were a minor inconvenience for us however, it may not be for someone recovering from an injury or an elderly person. Nice welcome card and a welcome book awaited us when we arrived. 5 star stay and will consider for the future as we frequent the Greenville area often! Best wishes.....

Gorgeous townhome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this immaculate and beautifully decorated newer townhome! The owners were wonderful to work with and this property had all the comforts of home. Super comfy beds, clean, abundant linens and towels, blankets, and a well set up kitchen made for an easy stay. We were able to walk to the farmers market and to Unity Park very easily. We were also close to everything, making this property, a great homebase if you are exploring all things Greenville and the surrounding area! We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property

I would absolutely recommend renting this property for a small group. My husband, adult son, and I spent four nights at this beautiful property. It was recently remodeled and is beautifully decorated. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked--there was even an air fryer! The property is in a great location as it is easy walking distance to town and several local breweries. The owners responded quickly to our questions and left us helpful information about visiting Greenville. When booking this property I was concerned about the off-site parking, but parking is very close and convenient.

Perfect!

Booked this property for a long weekend and couldn't have been more pleased! We were traveling with another couple, so the bedrooms both with their own en suite was perfect! Stylishly appointed, the property was bright, clean, with comfy beds and loads of nice pillows. Totally walkable at just over a mile from downtown. Would definitely stay again and recommend. P.S. if you are headed up to the Ceasars Head...stop in Travelers Rest at Upcountry Provisions for a to-die-for breakfast/brunch and pastry shop. Wow! Scrumptious!

Fantastic spot!

We LOVED this property! It is in a great area with a Starbucks right across the street and a quick drive to downtown. The condo is adorable and decorated beautifully. Nice little balcony to enjoy your coffee or cocktail. The kitchen is well stocked. Beds we very comfortable and the linens were wonderful. Ralph was very helpful and checked in with me to make sure everything was ok. He also was able to do an early check in as we were driving from Virginia and trying to outrun Hurricane Ian! I would definitely stay here again. Absolute 5 star property.

Amazing weekend away

We met my sister for a weekend visit and could not have been happier with this rental. The house is cozy, updated, and in a great location. The owner added some thoughtful gestures that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were available for any questions and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The porch are was our absolute favorite to sit and visit while enjoying the perfect weather. When we get back to Greenville, this will be the only place we look to rent. Everything was perfect from beginning to end and we could not have been happier! Highly recommend!!

WOW-Plush Townhome

If I could give a 5 plus review I would. My daughter and I stayed at this convenient townhouse in Greenville. First time visiting Greenville to check out Furman University and Clemson. My communication with Ralph was surpassed my expectations. Easy check in and out. Keyless entry, which made it super easy. Starbucks right in your back yard, so close to downtown Greenville, close to Publix, drugstores, gas stations, Haywood Mall etc. The inside doesn't even look like a rental. Best place I've stayed at yet! You really need nothing except your clothes to stay here. Owners thought of everything, from shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, blankets, Keurig, toaster, all pans, dishes and beyond for the kitchen. Nice full size washer and dryer if needed. TV in both bedrooms and a large TV in the living room. Also this place is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. (take it from someone who is very meticulous). You definitely won't be sorry you stayed here. Thanks again Ralph and Carrie!

We were able to walk to and from downtown easily which made enjoying Greenville a breeze! The home was beautiful and very comfortable. All of us had plenty of room to get away from one another when we needed to and we could all come together in the family room and kitchen. The kids enjoyed the outdoor balcony and having their own TV to watch, which made the parents happy to!

Family Weekend

The weekend had some surprises as Hurricane Helene rolled in on Thursday night. Ralph, the premier host, absolutely made sure we had an easy check in process plus more important he continued to communicate with me during the weekend as conditions worsen. The accomendations were a hit and made the weekend! We had a fun but stormy weekend. I highly recommend this place for your next stay in the Greenville area
