Step into this newly remodeled oasis featuring a queen bed, two twin loft beds, and a futon sofa bed. Jump into vacation mode in no time as you cozy up in the living room, whip up meals in the modern kitchen, fully stocked with everything you'll need to make a home cooked meal.

But wait, there's more! Enjoy movie nights on two Smart TVs with streaming services, have a Mario Kart tournament on the super Nintendo console, or break out the classic board games for some family fun.

Step outside and fire up the propane BBQ for a sizzling feast. Grab one of our beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, beach towels, or sand toys for a sun-soaked day at the shore. This beach retreat has everything you need for the ultimate coastal getaway!

THE BUILDING: You will be sharing the building with two other units. This unit is located on the first floor. There is one unit next door and one unit above. The entire building can be rented at the same time for larger groups.

PARKING: this unit comes with one off street parking spot. There is a paid lot a block away for additional vehicles.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to this one bedroom condo as well as one dedicated parking spot just outside the unit.

Outside, the propane BBQ grill and beach gear is shared with the other 2 units in the building. With quick beach access and amazing amenities, you'll enjoy complete comfort during your stay!

Interaction with Guests:
Your privacy is important to us, and we provide a hassle-free self check-in process. You’ll receive keypad entry codes and check-in instructions 24 hours before your arrival. We're available 24/7 by phone or through the app to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay.

Other details to note:
This building is directly between the beach boardwalk and Mission Blvd (restaurant strip), in a lively vacation area.

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has Heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that this is also a neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

Please reach out to us prior to booking if you’re having any kind of event, as pre-approval and extra fees are required.

There is a pet fee of $100 that covers the extra deep cleaning measures we take for the home.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
