It has a lovely 25 mÂČ living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 600 mÂČ garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:

- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 on ground floor with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140x200)

- Bedroom 3 with double bed (180x200) that can be separated

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot.

The house is ideally located in La Richardais, in very pleasant surroundings. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
