The first floor boasts a family room with wet bar, large sectional sleeper sofa, TV and sliding glass doors to your fenced, private pool equipped with lounge chairs. This floor also has a large utility room with an extra large washer and dryer, sink, granite top folding area, ironing board, and many cabinets and shelves to store your items. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed with an attached full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has one twin over full bunk bed with twin trundle bed and a full bathroom.
