In this charming villa, each space is perfectly equipped so that you spend a pleasant and comfortable stay.. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms:. - a room with a bed of 180x200 that can be divided into two single beds of 90x200, bathroom and toilet. - a room with a bed of 160x200, dressing room, bathroom and wc. - a room with two single beds of 90x200. - a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The living space includes a fireplace, a TV and wifi internet. The kitchen very well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob. A back kitchen with washing machine and dryer..
Outdoors, you will enjoy the two separate areas out of sight. On one side, a magnificent south facing terrace with aperitif area, garden, sunbeds and swimming pool of 7x3m heated salt (from April to September weather) and secure with electric roller shutter.. On the other side, a bar with barbecue and a summer courtyard to share meals in a friendly.
