First Trip to Lake Havasu

Tali was the perfect host. He was very responsive when I had questions. The condo has been very nicely updated and was very clean. Large balcony with comfy furniture.Try out ChaBones restaurant literally across the street. A great happy hour and upscale food choices.

Beautiful place

We spent the weekend here and it was everything the listing said. Master bed is a little tiny, lol but the condo was very comfortable, super clean and comfortable.

Great View and Location

The great thing about this space was it is in the middle of everything, but also far enough away it was like a great overview of Lake Havasu and everything it has to offer. We actually stayed to do a Triathlon at the State Park. Best location possible for this event. The things we enjoyed was the amazing activity with the outdoor space, including dining, seating and grill which we took full advantage of. The place was in great shape and had everything we needed. It was very quiet, other than the boats on the canal, which is expected but not noticeable with the doors shut. We enjoy cooking in and just relaxing and had everything we needed. It was great to have the canal to walk each day and the sunsets in the evening were spectacular. I plan to stay again and bring another couple with us.

The place is well stocked and clean! Great location for our family when we stay in havasu. Nice view of London Bridge. Owner are very accessible if you have a problem. Great communication.

Great Place on Channel!

Very clean, great location! Walking path was very enjoyable. Sunsets were beautiful! Ducks were fun for kids! Marina was less than .25 mile away with shops and restaurants. Kitchen and baths were well stocked all you need is your toothbrush! Tali is a great communicator and answers very quickly.

The condo interior Design very nice.

We have rented condos in the past from this particular building, this was the nicest design so far. There were a couple of very small issues, and the property management team and owner of the property immediately took care of it. I have no hesitation renting this unit again.

Communication with the host prior to the stay, and the check-in process was flawless. The unit was very clean, and very well stocked with everything you'll need and nothing you won't. This unit is very well decorated / updated. The unit rate was fair for the holiday....but the add on fees made it a bit pricey. Great location !!
