KINGSVIEW - Nybyggt (2006) BEACHFRONT Lake Havasu TvÄ sovrum, tvÄ badrum lÀgenhet. Condo har ett fullt utrustat kök med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. WIFI Internet för vÄra hyresgÀster !! Enhet 205 ligger pÄ andra vÄningen (20 meter frÄn stranden och pÄ London Bridge Boardwalk) med direkt tillgÄng till stranden för din njutning. Dessa lÀgenheter har en enorm balkong med massor av stolar att sitta ute och njuta av det varma Havasu-vÀdret eller bara sitta och titta pÄ bÄtarna köra förbi. Det finns en gasgrill pÄ balkongen ocksÄ. English Village ligger en kort promenad frÄn lÀgenheten med butiker, glassbar, pizza och platser att hyra vÄglöpare, jetski, paddleboards och pontongbÄtar. Det finns ocksÄ en fÀrjebÄt som tar dig över floden för att njuta av kasinot. Det Àr en vacker promenad lÀngs kanalen och gÄr hela vÀgen till Rotary Park dÀr det finns en skate board park. Husdjur mÄste förhandsgodkÀnnas och det kostar en extra avgift per husdjur pÄ $ 200. 00. Mina hyrespriser Àr $ 225. 00 en natt och om du hyr i 7 nÀtter, Àr den 7: e natten gratis utan kostnad. Du kan dra dina bÄtar / vattenskidor helt upp till stranden och koppla av hela dagen. Njut av morgonsoluppgÄngen eller kvÀllssolnedgÄngen pÄ den stora balkongen - du vill inte lÀmna.

Det Àr en fem minuters promenad pÄ strandpromenaden till 'English Village Shops and Restaurants' och 'London Bridge'. Du kan hyra paddleboards, bÄtar, jetski i English Village. Du kan ta Havasu-fÀrjan till spelcasino - FÀrjan ligger i engelska byn (allt inom 5 minuters promenad frÄn lÀgenheten - pÄ strandpromenaden)

This condo is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and has all you need! The patio is amazing and the views are beautiful. Definitely recommend this property.

Nice place

The condo is very nice and clean, management communicated quickly as well. The location is ideal and views are excellent. The only setback was kids running around all evening above us. The only suggestion I might make is a barbecue. I would recommend staying there for sure.

Family Fun

We have stayed in hotels and condos on the lake and found this one to be the most convenient for us. It is within walking distance to a lot of places to eat, trailer parking and boat docking available. This unit is upstairs, so the view is nice. Pets are allowed which is nice, we changed our plans and did not bring ours due to the heat. Kelly was very understanding, accommodating and communicated quickly.

This is an awesome property. It sits directly water front with a view of the London Bridge. It is a walk away from shops and restaurants. The property managers are the best to work with. So accommodating, kind and easy to communicate with, if you should ever need anything. The condo is immaculate and comfortable. Everything you need is available to you. They are also pet friendly which is a total plus in our book. This is our 3rd booking and we hope to continue as it has become our family annual trip. Thank you so much Cris and Kelly. You make every trip a memorable experience. Don’t miss out!

Best Weekend Trip

This property is amazing. The condo is clean and well maintained. It is easily accessible for my 92 year old father who looks forward to time at the lake every year. He was especially impressed with the place and the awesome view. The beach is literally steps away, and while it was crowded this weekend, it was very entertaining. Lake life at its best. We look forward to another stay in the near future. Thanks again to Mona for a great place to enjoy the lake for the weekend. You are so easy to communicate with and respond promptly to the few questions we had.

Great location for our family. Mona(host) was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. This is our third time staying in this unit. It's nice to be able to get out of the heat without leaving the lake. This unit was clean. However, it is due for an update(minor remodel) This is the best place on the river for our needs.

Nice view of the Channel

Had an enjoyable month long stay. Easy walk to the bridge. PROs - location, elevator not too far (when needed), clean and comfortable, easy communication CONs - could use a few more items for the kitchen (cookie sheet, pizza pan, crock pot, manual can opener, additional silverware), we supplemented available household supplies (paper towels, dishwasher detergent, tissues) - like we would in our own home.

Havasu Get away

Great condo right on the sandy channel. Beautiful view of the London Bridge! We enjoyed the large patio and spent lots of time watching the boats go by. Easy access to local businesses and nice walk along the boardwalk.

Wonderful view of London Bridge

We had the pleasure of staying at Mona’s condo for 4 nights. The condo was roomy, clean and well stocked. The huge balcony with a front row view of the channel and London bridge was great. The beach below the condo made it easy to load and unload our boat everyday. A very enjoyable getaway!

My Husband and I purchased this property 4 years ago- We love the location of the condo and the ease of visiting the river without having to
'pack in, pack out' to enjoy a day on the water. We enjoy bringing our grown kids and grandkids to Havasu to relax in the warm weather, sandy beach and boating fun. It's so convenient to enjoy the beach right in front of the unit - go out on the water - and come into the condo to relax on the balcony if we get tired. We hope you will enjoy our condo with your family as much as we enjoy sharing this with our family

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This property is a good choice due to its location and ease of enjoying the river, water and beach from just 20 steps from the condo. Your family will love parking the boat right out front of the condo during the day and having fun on the sandy beach as well. Our condo is located in the first building on the second floor with one of the best views of the Lake Havasu River - Channel and the English Village . The balcony is big enough for the whole family to relax. Its great waking up in the master bedroom and the first thing you see is the blue water and sandy beach through the glass sliding doors.- walk out on the balcony and enjoy a morning cup of coffee and a good book - Great for relaxing. In the evening, have a family get together on the balcony and eat your dinner outside to continue enjoying the environment of family get togethers

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our Kingsview condo is in the first building on the second flood - meaning that we do not have a second building between you, the water and the view. You will not see any roof tops from our condo and we do NOT offer "peek-a-boo" views. The first building definitely offers the best views of the water, channel and the English Village
