As always Kelly is the perfect host. This is our family’s 5th time staying in this condo. It is our choice to stay for the annual trip out to Havasu. The condo is beautiful, clean, well appointed and the location can’t be beat. We can’t wait until next year.

Beautiful condo right on the water. Perfect for a weekend getaway and very convenient if you have kids. Host was easy to communicate with and condo was clean & welcoming.

Great Vacation

Great place!

This property is in a great location over looking the channel and easy walk to shops and restaurants. The condo is in excellent condition and I highly recommend this property! We had a great time!

Grandma’s birthday

The location and property couldn’t have been more perfect! It’s walking distance to everything there is to do. We loved sitting on the balcony having our breakfast watching the boats go by.

Awesome trip

I took my two kids out and we were able to sit at the lake side, moored boat here too so it made everything very convenient.

It was an amazing experience staying at the property.Only the bathroom stuffs including toilet seats bathroom towels should be replaced or upgraded. Otherwise it looks excellent.

Nice place

The condo is very nice and clean, management communicated quickly as well. The location is ideal and views are excellent. The only setback was kids running around all evening above us. The only suggestion I might make is a barbecue. I would recommend staying there for sure.

Nice view of the Channel

Had an enjoyable month long stay. Easy walk to the bridge. PROs - location, elevator not too far (when needed), clean and comfortable, easy communication CONs - could use a few more items for the kitchen (cookie sheet, pizza pan, crock pot, manual can opener, additional silverware), we supplemented available household supplies (paper towels, dishwasher detergent, tissues) - like we would in our own home.

Family Fun

We have stayed in hotels and condos on the lake and found this one to be the most convenient for us. It is within walking distance to a lot of places to eat, trailer parking and boat docking available. This unit is upstairs, so the view is nice. Pets are allowed which is nice, we changed our plans and did not bring ours due to the heat. Kelly was very understanding, accommodating and communicated quickly.

Great location for our family. Mona(host) was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. This is our third time staying in this unit. It's nice to be able to get out of the heat without leaving the lake. This unit was clean. However, it is due for an update(minor remodel) This is the best place on the river for our needs.
