Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront access. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a jetted tub, and a queen size sofa sleeper for additional guests.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests. And don't forget to enjoy the walkout patio as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Room was nice, pool was disappointing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was nice and clean with a great view. We booked this place primarily because the pool look very nice and would give us an evening activity to do with our daughter. When we entered the pool area there was a huge number of spiders all over the ceiling and some in the pool. It felt like they could drop on your head at any moment. We never returned to the pool area after that. This really needs to be addressed.

Excellent experience!

I was driving from Chicago, and arrived late, but front desk staff was waiting for us. She welcomed us smiling, and quickly checked us in. Very nice view, clean and perfect condition for my family!

Good Stay

The deck was nice but the landscaping was horrible so the path to walk to the sidewalk/water was overgrown. Other than that it was good!

The location was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed watching the ferries and boats passing by. It’s a quick and gorgeous walk right into town. The condo was beautifully decorated and cozy. I can’t wait to go back! By far the best vacation I’ve ever been on. Perfectly relaxing and quiet. I’d give it 10 stars!

Wonderful Location!

You can't beat the view overlooking Round Lake and watching all the boats go by and the short walk over the bridge to restaurants/shops. The unit was clean, comfortable and well furnished with essentials to prepare simple foods. The tile in the bathroom was really unique and artistic. The king-sized bed was comfy and I was shocked to find that even the queen-sized sleeper sofa was comfy for my adult son. I didn't know they made comfy sleeper sofa mattresses. The patio overlooking Round Lake only had 1 chair but it didn't really bother us since we brought our bag chairs from the car. The staff was very helpful and courteous, but they are busy and often on the phone so you may have to wait in line a bit. Since this unit is on the bottom level and partially underground, there is a musty smell in the hallway, but not in the unit itself. We chose the bottom level so we could walk right out to the lake from our patio, which was great!

While our room was clean, it was tired. Appliances were very old and the decor was bare bones. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens —blankets/quilt dated feeling worn. Not a place to settle in and be cozy. Overall comfort was missing, including the uninviting deck chairs overlooking the great view of Round Lake. We left a night early. Sorry, we expected more.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was VERY clean. We have stayed many times before. This unit is in need of updating. No Kleenex or hair dryer. Which there always is. Becky, at the desk, was wonderful. She offered to change our room but for one more night we opted not to. Thus , we are not sure we would stay there again.
