Come vacation in this first floor, quiet and recently remodeled unit. New bathroom, mattresses, bedding, paint, hardware, lighting, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking appliances. Unit is very clean and comfortable.

Once you enter the community, it feels like a small neighborhood of it's own. It's one of the most family friendly and safe communities on the key with 2 NEW designated Pickleball Courts! We are a gated community, 5-10 minute walk across the street to private beach access and a full car garage.

A great family vacation!

We had a great family vacation! Our host was very responsive when we had questions. The accomdations were clean. We enjoyed being close enough to the beach access that we could walk there as a family.

Excellent Location

Mary was excellent to work with and answered any questions timely.Pool area and Private Beach access were key in getting away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds during spring break. Highly Recommend this property!

Wonderful vacation

The condo is im a great location close to downtown siesta. The community is very well maintained and the people are very friendly. The host was one of the best we have dealt with. Very attentive and responsive. Dealt with any questions or concerns we had very quickly

Perfect for a family

We enjoyed the location and the ability to go fishing off the wall on the bay side or walk to the ocean. It's also an quick and easy ride to the downtown area, or head the other direction if you need to run and get something at the market. We would stay here again if it's available for our next trip.

Wonderful stay - exceed expectations!

The house was clean, comfortable for our family of 4, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes, which was shorter than advertised. The location exceeded our expectations, and Mary, the owner, was fantastic to work with—promptly available and very helpful when needed. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

Great Family Vacation

We were just down to SK last week and stayed at this property. It was perfect for us! The neighborhood is beautiful with nice amenities. We loved taking walks nightly around the the walking trail. In the mornings, we loved that we were close enough to jog down to a little area that had coffee shops, and two yummy places to grab breakfast. The one was called toasted mango cafe and the other was a quick crab for acai bowls, smoothies, and or coffee. We enjoyed both. There was a little gift shop down this way as well that was fun to stop in. There is also a place to rent jet skis which we did in this area. There are two shops there where my daughters and I enjoyed shopping while my husband booked jet skiing. The one shop I believe was called Fin. We found this area very walkable, but could certainly drive too as we had no trouble finding parking around this area when we were there. The main village of siesta key is not far the other direction as well with tons of other choices. The host Mary has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I never had a concern of being able to reach her if I needed anything. She is extremely responsive and available. Comfortable beds are important to us and we thought the beds were extremely comfortable. The patio area is nice and we spent a lot of time out there relaxing throughout the week. Would stay here again. Excellent host!

Spring Break at Siesta

Great experience! Mary was absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout the stay! The place is comfortable and located in a beautiful area. Would definitely recommend and stay where again. My only suggestion is to offer a garage door opener to guests. It was a pain to get in and out of vehicle to open and close garage door! Otherwise zero complaints! Thanks for a beautiful week!

Nice location and pool

The townhouse was clean and a nice size for our 2 week stay. My family and I felt the beds were terrible and the towels need to be replaced. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Beautiful Siesta Key condo

Great vacation week in Siesta Key staying in this amazing rental. Checking in and out was easy and the owner was responsive and very helpful. The unit was well appointed, very clean, super comfortable, and on a quiet lovely street. Perfect location for going to the gorgeous beach across the street and for exploring sights in the region. Would recommend highly and rent again on future visits to this area.

Great place in Siesta Key

The rental was clean, neat and very comfortable. It is decorated with a true beach and vacation vibe. All of the furnishings and appliances are good quality and in excellent condition. Mary was very friendly and extremely helpful in her communication with us. Access to the private beach area across the street is nice and convenient. The unit has an enclosed patio that feels secluded since it faces a pond. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Decent Review

The property is proximal to the beach and close to many activities. The missing light at the front door was a pain in the rear because you can’t see the keypad to type in the code. Although the property doesn’t have any visible cameras, you feel watched somehow based on the chores you’re asked to do by the owner. Things get even stranger when you see her driving by in a pickup surveilling you.

My name is Mary, the owner of this unit. My husband, two girls, and I have had the opportunity to come down to Siesta Key over the last couple of years. I fell in love with the area, the people, and of course the beautiful sandy white beaches and sunset. I take pride in managing the unit myself to make sure this home is comfortable, clean, and cozy for my family, friends, and future guest coming to visit.

This is a second home for me so I treat this home just like I would my primary residence. I feel fortunate to spend time here with my family and find joy in renting this home to give other families the opportunities to make wonderful memories too.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I love the property for many reasons. The main one is the proximity to all the private beaches across the street!!! I especially LOVE the family feel of this neighborhood. My girls can ride bikes in the neighborhood or village, fish in the bay, play with other kids on vacation or swim in either of the two heated pools.

My husband and I love the close proximity to the Village, shopping, grocery stores, and wonderful seafood restaurants that are only minutes away.

The patio is fully glass-enclosed so even in the middle of summer, I can sit outside and enjoy the view without being too hot - or too cold in the winter. It has a full kitchen that allows me to provide home cook meals for my family while we are here.
