Denna femte våning två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet är helt och helt renoverat. Var en av de första gästerna som bor i denna vackert renoverade lägenhet. Nya brickor i hela. Det finns sviter med två sovrum med privata bad. Varje sovrum har nya skjutdörrar som är öppna för skärmad i Lanai med vacker utsikt över viken. Båda rummen har också nya möbler, madrasser och platt-t. v.'s. Varje badrum är helt renoverat med helt ny duschkabin, ny fåfänga, toalett, belysning. måla, ect.
Ett sovrum har en queen size-säng och andra sovrummet har två queen sängar att sova 6 bekvämt.
Köket är helt nytt med nya skåp, bänkskivor i granit och apparater. Köket är också fullt utrustat med allt som kocken kan behöva för att göra din vistelse bekväm. Alla nya köksredskap, glas, bestick ect.
Vardagsrummet har vackra nya skjutdörrar som är öppna för Lanai. Vardagsrummet också nya möbler, 55 "platt skärm t. V. Med kabel och gratis wifi.
Alla rum har nya takfläktar, färg och ny gjutning.
Andelslägenhet ligger bara några steg till stranden # 1. Strandstolar levereras gratis direkt framför lägenheten.

We had a great time! The unit was wonderful, and beach access is very easy. My only suggestion would be that the listing photo be changed. It gives the impression that there is an oceanfront pool, but the pool in the photo belongs to the property next door.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Check-in was easy, and the host provided a lot of helpful advice about the area and where to go. One thing, however, was that the on-line listing mentioned a gym, and there was no gym on the property thst we could find. We really enjoyed our stay and being right on the beach was very nice.

Amazing Location

Owner communication was amazing. We were traveling by car over 700 miles so we did arrive slightly early and we were allowed to check in. The condo is clean. Well equipped. Some beach toys in a closet that was a nice surprise. Kitchen well equipped, however, very little counter space so it was difficult to prep food. We just used the dining table. The location is perfection. The small elevator is a bit of a challenge and it is very slow but a small price to pay. The pay laundry facility is right outside the door but we didn’t use it because it seemed like a silly expense. Others have mentioned the location of the pool being by the street rather than the gulf and I agree. It would be nice to have that. We didn’t really use the pool because of the location. It would be awesome to have a fitness center. Overall, it was fantastic. The condo itself was great. The condo complex could use some updating but we loved every moment.

Siesta Key

The unit was clean and close to the beach. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect location close to the beach and Siesta Key Village. The kids had beach toys and had everything they could have asked for! Owners were very responsive, helpful and check in and out were super easy! will stay again.

Great view!

The condo was perfect for my wife and another couple. We loved walking around town and hanging on the beach. Quick and easy drive to Ed Smith Stadium for Orioles games. The place was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Owner was really nice and responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay again.

Great condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this Crescent Arms condo. Nicely updated condo, clean, plenty of room and storage and great view of the beach and ocean. Short walk to beach and pool, easy to catch the trolley out front. Beach was beautiful, easy to get beach chairs. All in all highly recommended for a Siesta Key stay.

Thanksgiving bliss

The ocean view condo was prefect for our small family vacation. Walking distance of restaurants on Siesta Key and the perfect access to the beach. Condo was beautiful and our weather was perfect.

A great place to stay

Our family loves Siesta Key and we enjoyed this spot for its comfortable updates inside as well as the proximity, view, and access to the beach. AC worked great, comfortable beds, great water pressure, and more.

First time to siesta key

The pool is not conveniently located especially in the high 90° weather walking through a hot parking lot. Not sure if that’s accurately depicted in the property description when looking online. Otherwise the beach is beautiful and the unit itself was very clean.

Exactly as promised

Unit is as nice as pictured, if not better. The pictures do not do the view justice. Friendly and responsive owners. We love Crescent Arms for the location and private beach. This unit stood out from others in the building we’ve stayed in due to more modern furnishings, and also a modern approach to home renting with more practical items included for us (cleaning solutions, nice beach towels, beach toys, etc). Would definitely stay again!

Crescent Arms is directly on a perfect spot of beautiful Siesta Key/Crescent beach.
Walk out of the building and step right on the white sugary sand. The complex furnishes nice beach chairs and lounge chairs free of charge as you walk on the beach. The private section of beach is never over crowded and there is always plenty of space to enjoy the beach. We are also a short walk on the beach to the famous Point of Rocks, the perfect place to search for shells or great snorkeling.
There also a service at beach entrance, you can set up for the day or week to have umbrellas and chairs set up for you early morning, so whenever you decide to go to beach, your setup with umbrellas and chairs will be waiting for you in the perfect spot. All for a very reasonable price.
There is a shower coming off beach, there is also a full shower and restrooms by pool.
