A corridor which leads to two bedrooms with a 140cm double bed and a bedroom with two 90cm single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a separate toilet. All rooms have a sea view and storage space. A 15m² sea view terrace and a 50m² roof terrace with a breathtaking view of Gruissan, the chalets and Grazel beach. 2 Parking Spaces.
