Screened Heated Pool & Hot Tub with Golf Cart - ONE Block to the BEACH!

Getaway from it all but still be minutes away from all the lovely attractions and restaurants the old city has to offer. You can ride around the quiet neighborhood in the provided golf cart or drive minutes into St. Augustine filled with amazing restaurants, coffee shops and eclectic boutiques.

Or if you prefer to relax at the home with a heated screened in pool and hot tub and cook in the fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar! Or order in from one of the many local restaurants that deliver.

The house has lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to unwind, relax and play. The yard is also fully fenced and private for your children or pets.

Contact with owners and local team should you need anything. Games, toys for in and out of pool and beach. You won't need to leave the house unless you want some beach time. We also offer, strolller, pack n play and a high chair for families traveling with young ones. There is also an outdoor fire pit and tv in the screened area so no mosquitoes to ruin your fun!

No parties or large gatherings, house is in a quiet neighbhorhood.

The house is in an ideal location, 2 blocks to the ocean. Golf cart was a nice extra. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Our only compliment was the sofa. Hard to hold its shape

Quiet place to relax!!

This house is the best house we stayed since we start to rent a houses for vacation, quiet place to relax, the house is very clean, very close to the beach , the pool is very clean , and the golf car is the bonus , we 100% recommend and we gonna can back soon !!

Family vacation

The house was just what we needed for the family. The screened in pool was great for evening swims. The golf cart helped travel between the house and the beach access. Our dog loved wandering around the fenced in yard chasing the small Florida lizards. We would definitely love to come back for another vacation!

This property is a block away from a beautiful quiet beach. Location fantastic!! Pool was a delight nice and warm for the cooler weather that we had. Home clean and comfortable. We will return again.

Amazing Beach House Amenities!

We really enjoyed the stay at Mya's house for our intergenerational group (grandparents, parents, elementary school aged kids, and dog). Fast WiFi, easy access to the beach (the golf cart is a bonus!), and the kids loved the heated pool, especially since there was a cold front during our stay. Vilano Beach is a great location to quickly get in/out of St. Augustine for visiting all the attractions, but also staying away from all the tourist crowds in central St. Augustine.

Coquina Oasis

My husband and I loved staying at this property. We could walk up the street to beautiful Vilano Beach. My husband and I took regular walks with our dog along the shore, just beautiful. We could walk in the opposite direction toward the intercostal waterway and view beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood was very peaceful with friendly neighbors. The house was lovely and the pool very refreshing. So glad we found this property. We were also close enough to visit with our grandchildren which was ideal. Thank you to Lev and Mya. We loved every minute.

Nights of Lights Getaway

The house was comfortable, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was refreshing and the outdoor entertainment area was nice and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and it was an easy walk to the park. Great location and easy access to St. Augustine. Enjoyed pizza from Vinny’s and lunches at the Sunset Grill (St. Augustine Beach) and Prohibition Kitchen (old town, near the fort). The Night of Lights tour was fun, amazing lights and holiday songs.

Perfect Get-away Location

My Parents wanted to do a family vacay - that would include all 4 daughters and their spouses and kids! We rented this house along with another house in the area! This house was nothing shy of Perfect !!! Mya and Lev were so helpful with any and all questions! The pictures don’t do the place justice !!! I promise you would have zero regrets in booking this place for a getaway ! It also had a golf cart that helped make the trip that much more amazing !!! Well worth every penny spent ! Planning to book this place again and again ! Deserves more than 5 stars !

PERFECT VACATION

My sister’s family and my family spending a weekend together

This is a great house. Well laid out, impeccably appointed (tea and coffee bar was such a hit!). Outdoor fire pit on the covered porch great for s’mores. Heated pool perfect for hanging out and outdoor area with a hammock and run around for a dog. The owners were awesome to communicate with and were super responsive, helpful and proactive. I cannot thank them enough for being such great hosts! Oh and a block away is an amazing, quiet beach. So yeah, we had the most comfortable stay!
