The coastal-vibe waterfront villa is beautifully decorated with attention to detail! Enjoy the tropical setting inside and out!
Relaxation Villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, open concept great room, dining room with a custom-made table that seats 10, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a huge newly-renovated kitchen featuring 2 large islands, wet bar, and multiple spaces for entertaining. Three large hurricane-impact pocket sliding doors provide full open flow of the tropical breezes, and allow everyone to connect inside and outside. The master suite is equipped with a king-size bed, beautiful bath, and pocket doors that open right out to the tropical lanai and pool area.
Need to check some emails or a cozy space to read? Relaxation Villa has the perfect office for that, of course, including free Wifi. There are 4 flat screen TV's in the villa, crowned by a 70-inch HDTV in the main great room.
Relax in the huge heated pool and lounge under the oversized lanai with multiple seating areas, large BBQ grill, flat screen TV, 4 ceiling fans, and beautiful views. Enjoy watching flying fish, swimming turtles, and playful dolphin, from the large dock.
All guests are provided with toiletries, bath towels, fresh quality linens, coffee bar, pool floats, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 bicycles, and a unique welcome basket with convenient contacts such as attractions, dining options, and more. A complimentary cleaning is provided for all reservations over 4 weeks. Also included are laundry detergent and fabric softener for use with the washer/dryer.
Relaxation Villa is located in the coveted Yachtclub neighborhood, surrounded by gorgeous homes. Enjoy the Florida west coast sunsets from your dock under tropical palms.

A Perfect Vacation Home and Location

This home was the setting for a perfect and relaxing Cape Coral vacation! Anna and Alex were the perfect hosts. They thought of everything. Their home was very clean and comfortable. Pictures do not do their tastefully decorated beach style home justice. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. We spent most days relaxing on the deck by the pool and even saw a dolphin swim by down the canal. Every morning we walked to the Boat House for breakfast and enjoyed the suggested area dining spots some evenings. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the beach and only a short drive to shop or dine out. This is the spot to relax and recharge. We hope we can come back in the future to enjoy your piece of paradise in Cape Coral. Thank you for the great memories!

Great “ Snowbird “ Get-away!

We enjoyed this Cape Coral home. Everything was clean and decorated in a fun beach vibe. We loved the heated pool. We watched dolphins in the canal. We enjoyed walks to the river beach. The owner was helpful and timely to answer questions.

The Hosts we attentive and property was well represented. It was what we wanted for our stay. Only thing we couldn't find in the house was washcloths. Nice neighborhood and easy access to services in the area. Enjoyed our stay and appreciate the effort to make it pleasant. Thank You
