Gorgeous home with hot tub, theatre room, and pool access.

Newly built 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home in Little Valley. This home has beautiful accommodations, a gourmet kitchen, an above ground pool, fire pit, and hot tub to enjoy the in the evenings. Close to the pickleball courts and the lake is only 25 minutes away. Boat, paddle boards, bikes, and vehicles are available to rent during your stay. Please contact me for details.

Please note. This is my personal residence. You will not have access to the garage. We have dedicated VRBO linens and there is room for your belongings in each room. There will be some personal items that you see and we ask that you respect our privacy and not go through our personal belongings or touch the personal items.

Home is equipped with smart tv’s in each bedroom and wifi is provided. There is absolutely no smoking or pets of any kind with no exceptions. I am extremely allergic to animals.

We are in a nice and quiet neighborhood. This should not be used for large gathering of over 20 people. Please avoid loud music after 10pm and be respectful to our neighbors.

There is a queen size foldable mattress and bed frame that can be used for additional sleeping accommodations. The office of this home will be locked.

The home is all on one level with the owner suite/bath as well as one queen bed and full bath on one side of the house. There is a large open entertaining area with a living room, formal dining that seats 10 and barstools that seat 4.

The other wing of the home has two queen bedrooms and one full bath and Laundry. The additional room is set up as a theatre. There is also a closet full of family games. There is a lovesack that would work for small kiddos to sleep on. Or you can slide things out of the way and set up our foldable memory foam queen bed.

The outdoor area is great for relaxing in the evenings. Guests have access to the pool and hot tub with pool towels provided. All swimming is done at your own risk and owner is not liable for any accidents. There is a fire pit, misters to keep cool, and a traeger grill and bbq to make your own delicious meals while you travel.

Check-in is 3pm & Check-out is 12 pm.

Can’t wait to come back

This home and it’s owner exceeded all expectations. So many thoughtful touches to make life easier. Our kids had a blast in the backyard, the hot tub was a hit! We loved the beds and the main room was so spacious. It’s a fantastic neighborhood as well. The owner Sarah was amazing as well, super quick communication and Sarah made us feel like she genuinely cared about our stay. Like I said, we can’t wait to come back!

Style and Comfort

This home was decorated beautifully. I was a treat to stay there, especially after climbing into the most comfortable bed ever. We also loved the area. We found a couple of new restaurants that we really enjoyed and it wasn't far at all to the heart of St George. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic House and Great Location - Easy hikes and Sooo Quiet

5 of us stayed in Sarah's home and it was fantastic! She was wonderful to work with and very accomodating - she made it all easy and pleasant. The house is super nice and had waaay more ammedities than I usually find renting homes. That made a difference to add value to our stay and made it really easy for us to cook when we wanted to or go out when we wanted to - made it up to us for the choice because we had everything you could need to cook. The house is large, very well decorated and man is it quiet! Loved the location - a really nice neighborhood with some great hikes right next to the house and a modern hot tub to come back to in order to sit back and relax. We ate outside several times as there is a great table, plenty of shade and we enjoyed the fire at night. She has Alexa's in the home which made it great for listening to music - the beds and furniture are actually comfortable instead of cheap "for the renters" stuff. The beds were good, which made a difference for solid sleeping. I definitely will be renting here again next time I'm coming to St George! I can highly recommend with confidence. This is a good place to stay.

Beautiful home with tons of amenities!

Stayed here with my husband and parents for New Year’s 2022 and we could not have been happier with our stay!!! So many amazing amenities & stocked kitchen, you basically just need to show up with your clothes. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Perfect for wheelchair!

We brought our family to St George and loved staying in this beautiful home. Especially after we realize there were no stairs. It is difficult to find wheelchair accessible properties! This home had lots of unexpected fun extras, games and snacks galore. We would stay here again without question!

Beautiful Home with lots of Amenities

Beautiful, newer home in Little Valley - a newer part of St. George. The place was very clean and a bowl of fresh peaches was waiting for us upon our arrival. Lots of things to keep us entertained and stay at home including a hot tub, movie theater, massage chair, outdoor pool (note that it's closed Oct - March), corn hole and other games. They even left treats for the kids in the movie room. It was a very comfortable home and close to some walking trails but enough out of the city to feel a bit removed from the crowds.
