You will fall in love with this sweet beach house. An open concept main room allows for your group to spend quality time together. Bright light shines through the large sliding glass doors leading to an outdoor patio, where you can continue your relaxation off the spacious main living room. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms gives plenty of opportunities to invite your guests to relax in their own space. Off the master bedroom, is a patio for a fireside glass of your favorite beverage. The large fenced in yard is perfect for families and your furry best friend! Beach access is a short two block walk to the end of the street. Use the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and coolers to spend most of your time in the sunshine and waves. The world renowned Cocoa Beach Pier is a short walk down the pristine beach. You won't want to leave this special get-a-way. Welcome to your new favorite place!

Beautiful Beach Getaway home

I stayed here with my family following a cruise to visit NASA, get a beach day in and to watch a rocket launch. This home is located close to everything. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. My son loved running around the huge backyard and getting "lost" in the trees.

Fantastic place to gather with family and friends

We loved our vacation week at this well appointed home. Open concept kitchen/ living area perfect for gathering and loads of outdoor space to play or relax. Short walk to beach and about one mile walk to pier Tiki bar and shops. We had visitors from 9 months old to 84 years old and everyone enjoyed this home.and outdoor space including beach access. We would book this location again

Perfect!

The house was absolutely charming and beautifully furnished. It was just a short walk to the beach, which was clean and uncrowded. For they typical beach experience, the Cocoa Beach Pier was within walking distance, too. The beds were comfortable, and there was more than enough room for our family of five to spread out. I highly recommend this house for the perfect beach getaway!

Post Cruise Stay

This was the perfect home for our post cruise stay. The location couldn't be beat with the beach a short walk across a quiet street. The host provided us with all of the essentials including a well stocked kitchen, laundry room, and all of the beach necessities. My children especially enjoyed use of the boogie boards! In addition, we made multiple trips to the nearby Golf n Gator, a miniature golf/zoo! We would not hesitate to rent this wonderful home in the future.

Great place and just a few minutes' walk to the beach

We had a great stay. The place was as described but better. Stephanie was awesome sending us the all the info we needed. This will be my go-to place when in Cocoa Beach.

Comfortable Stay!

My wife and I were very comfortable in the Beach House, and it provided easy, quick access to the beach. Stephanie provided great suggestions on places to eat. We enjoyed our stay!

An Enjoyable Stay

Perfect location for watching a rocket launch on the beach. Also enjoyed the trip to the National Wildlife Refuge center. My dog loved the back yard in her search for lizards.

Amazing Place just minutes from the beach!

This place was wonderful! The beds were nice and comfy and it had everything we needed. It was short walk to the beach and we got to see two rockets launch from there. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great location

We had a wonderful trip to cocoa beach and this beach house was wonderfully stocked and a great location! We walked a short distance to the beach every day and it was like our own private beach! The outdoor shower was awesome, it really helped keep the sand out of the house! Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Location! Location! Location!

Really cute property with a large backyard. The terrazzo floors are perfect for this home that is super close walking-distance to the beach and pier. The house is immaculate and is close to everything we enjoy about Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach.

Overall amazing

This home had everything you could think of, from towels to cooking needs. It’s also had all necessary beach supplies, from beach chairs to a good size cooler. The manager was also very nice and responsive to all my questions. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Orlando.

Beachy Getaway

This is a wonderful property. Older home but updated. Property has a large yard, outdoor shower, and is walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Stephanie, the host, checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was good. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future..

Christmas at the Beach!

We had a wonderful three week stay! There was everything you could possibly need in the house. It was very clean and welcoming upon our arrival. The location was perfect, right down the street from the beach. We even got to see a rocket launch early one morning! Communication with the host was very prompt. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend this vacation rental!

Great beach house

The house is great and perfectly situated and outfitted for coming and going to the beach. It's a close walk to the beach and has great amenities for making the beach fun (chairs, coolers, boogie boards, sand toys, wagon, etc.). The outdoor shower and many hoses are great to clean off the sand before going back in the house. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that's needed. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated nicely, too.

Everything was great!!

We loved the house! The location was great - close to the beach and the pier, but far enough away that it was quiet. It had everything we needed with lots of extras - nice outdoor spaces, outdoor showers, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, lots of towels and chairs for the beach! In addition, my wife is very picky about beds and her sleep since some rentals have cheap mattresses/beds, but these were great! We slept well which made for a more restful vacation! The owner was responsive and accommodating as well! We'd love to stay here again sometime!

The home was perfect for 2 couples with room for 2 more children or young adults. The Host was quick to respond, friendly and helpful. The home was very clean, plenty of space, well decorated for a beach community. Very close to the beach. I strongly recommend. It!

Mark and I have been married for 20 years and we have 2 teenage daughters. We live full-time in Orlando but visit Cocoa Beach as much as we can. We have a lab mix 70lb dog that loves visiting this house because of the huge back yard.

Our teenagers love spending time at this house because they like being so close to the beach! Mark and my brother did the remodeling work on this house and we are so happy with how it turned out! There is always more to do but happy to share the house with you.
