Master bedroom French doors that opens to back deck. 55" smart TV, Queen comfortable memory foam mattress, Shower stall/bathroom. 2nd room full size bed, w/pullout twin trundle and a twin bed. Clean linens, 6 and 4 port fast charger station for guests, Large smart TV in the living room with fireplace. 2nd bathroom Shower/bathtub with plenty of towels.
Plenty of space for up to 6 guests to relax and unwind. The self check-in process makes arrival a breeze, while free parking ensures convenience for all visitors.
Inside, guests will find all the comforts of home, including a wood fireplace, smart TV in the living room with Wi-Fi access, and internet connectivity. The full kitchen is equipped with cooking pots and plates, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Ceiling fans and an AC mini split in the living room provide added comfort on warm days.

Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and pets and other policies noted here. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound
Parking:
No street parking we provide parking for upto 4 cars.
NO house parties are allowed.
Disturbing the peace is an ordinance violation. This rule will be strictly enforced. Please keep noises to a minimum. Between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Guests breaking this rule will be asked to vacate the property immediately and no refund will be given.
