Family Trip

We love staying here! There is tons of space for everyone, comfy beds, games/toys/Nintendo for our son, and located in a really quiet neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back

Beautiful and spacious house

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and large and had great water pressure. The kitchen was a nice size, although there was limited flatware. The separate office space was much appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and had sidewalks. We especially liked the close proximity to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive.

Great location and comfort in a quiet neighborhood

The home was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft. Kitchen was stocked with essentials and the laundry setup worked very well. We enjoyed the home and took walks each morning in the family-friendly neighborhood. The home was in a good location to access all areas of Orlando with ease. Debbie was responsive with communication and accommodating to any requests. Will stay here again as our home base to visit with family in the area.

Great property

We loved our stay. The house is clean. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the things you need for a short stay. Having an available washer and dryer was convenient. Unlike other homes, the TVs in each room were large and modern and the couch was comfortable. I would definitely recommend the property and will probably stay there again on my next visit to Aopoka, FL.

Not a luxury property

There were several issues ranging from odd to unmanageable during our stay. The strangest was when the owner had towels, detergent and wine left at the front door five days into our stay. At that point we already had sorted out missing items for ourselves and only had one full day left in our stay. Second to this was the fact that the kitchen sink had no hot water. That made washing bottles a challenge. The pictures prepared me for the decor that’s not little kid friendly. I also spent a decent amount of time keeping kids away from the sagging entertainment center that looked ready to fall off the wall. There was a pack and play provided but I had to spend time wiping the whole thing down because it had been put away covered in animal cracker crumbs, goo and full size animal crackers. We also booked this house for a week with the expectation that my husband would be able to work from the office space. Unfortunately the air conditioner could not keep up with the heat. The welcome flyer states that the air conditioner will not go below 70. In reality the temperature in the home struggled to get below 78 during the day. It was so warm my husband had to find another place to work. Overall I cannot recommend this home if you want to spend time in it during the day. It’s decently located if you don’t mind a drive to tourist attractions. That is the most generous thing I can say about it.

Spacious and very clean

We stayed for five weeks. The house is roomy, nicely decorated and located in a walkable neighborhood. The kitchen is well supplied and children’s room has toys and books. The owner was responsive to any concerns we had.

Wonderful stay and great owners!

We stayed at this property in Apopka for 1 month. The couple who owned the home were very attentive to our every need and responded to us extremely quickly. We were able to park our car in the garage, which we really liked. The home is LARGE! The master bedroom is very large and has a really nice, large bath and closet that has a ton of space. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a brand new refrigerator which was beautiful. I would walk every day for 30 to 60 min in the neighborhood and I felt very safe and comfortable doing so. And again, you will not find better owners!

Great Place!

Very nice house! The fridge quit on us and the property owner remidied the situation very quickly! Very clean. Just FYI, there are only 3 bedrooms, not 4! One does have bunk beds however. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice home

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the home is spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is particularly well stocked with paper products, trash bags, appliances, and even spices. It was convenient to where we needed to be. Very nice stay.
